Brittany T was FANTASTIC today in assisting me with an issue I ran into. I was having trouble finding a place in town to make bbday cupcakes on time for my daughter’s bday and I was just abt to give up when I called this DQ.Brittany had me email a picture of what I wanted so I could find out immediately if it was doable- stayed on the phone with me for 5 minutes- and when I found out they couldn’t do it- I came in to look at other options. I found a happy medium I’m satisfied with, still getting the same basic idea I was going for, and Brittany even offered to come in *early* on the day I need the order ready by, just to make sure my daughters bday goes according to plan and everything is on time. 10/10 worker!! Goes above and beyond and does so with a smile on her face:) DEFINITELY deserves a raise and a pat on her back. I’d come to her for ANY and EVERY event crisis!:) She turned a stressful situation into a simple solution and gave me the best solution she could offer:)

EXTREMELY RUDE, cussing under their breathe at the window because I asked for a carrier… and handed my food out and said “here” and proceeded to shut the window without and more words.. this was at 7:05pm on 1/3/23… I’d consider looking at cameras and consider her employment.I will edit this review, if I am reassured that this was taken care of(I appreciate the response from the owner in addressing this manner, I love the restaurant and the environment but I had to address this as I made me very uncomfortable)

I ordered an Oreo blizzard with EXTRAOREO… and I received a vanilla blizzard with small specks of Oreo… worst of all it didn’t even taste of Oreo at all because there was so little in there. Very upsetting and ridiculous they get away with doing this all the time, charging their customers extra, just to not even put o normal amount in.

I order honey bbq chicken strip basket just so it could be little to no honey bbq on them. I paid extra for the honey bbq and got non. This isn’t the first time either. I even asked for extra honey bbq sauce my strips were barely warm fries were soggy. The service was terrible they were just rude the whole time they acted like we were a burden.Parking: Big

One thing I have noticed is Dairy Queen has spread to a number of small towns in North Dakota which provides a consistent place to stop. I enjoy the Mandan location for a number of reasons. There has always been ample parking. Staff has consistently been fast, friendly and very efficient. My orders have always been consistently outstanding. Great place to visit to make your day better.

When I went inside the shift lead was super short and you can tell doesn’t have much customer service experience. She rolled her eyes at me, said I don’t know what to tell you. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here, two years ago I ordered a cake and when asked if they write on them the worker got really upset and said no, no one has time for that, which is why I usually skip this one and will go to the DQ on state street in Bismarck. They are always friendly there and the food quality is always good.
