I ordered for delivery around 15 minutes before close. Just a medium pizza and boneless wings. My order never arrived even after they had confirmed it. Dominos hasn’t refunded me.

We got there to pick up our food, and it was fine, but I realized that I didn't get my soda. I had my husband go in and grab it, and they were very rude. I understand that takeout you are supposed to grab your own drink, but Christ. One of the employees came out of the back and watched me drive off. And he flipped us off as well. That place is absolutely disgusting with how they act. I will not be buying anything from them.

First review I've ever left. Just had to after picking up my pizza. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, everyone was happy and friendly. Very helpful. Even my buddy in his car said a delivery guy greated him sitting out in the car. This is how all businesses should be ran. Good on you guys! Pizza was PERFECT too!

Third time in a row with pizzas with little to no sauce when I order and pay for extra. Also the second time where I pay for 4 garlic sauces and 2 marinaras and don’t get a one delivered.

Couldn't place online order for time I needed( only late night),so I called local # but got call center.told her at least 3x when I wanted order ready. Got call & said pizzas had been ready for 1hr...$80 worth of pizza sitting there... so ticked off,staff didn't seem to care or want to do anything about it.

Just picked up our online takeout order. First they tried charging more than the total online order saying they charge more in store. Wtf? Then we had ordered a gluten free pizza which was accidentally sent out for delivery. The manager Angela was extremely rude. After waiting 10 minutes for a new pizza, the delivery driver came back and she made us take the pizza that got sent out for delivery verses the new one in the oven. This is absurd! All of our pizzas were cold and she then apparently blacklisted us because they screwed up and we were frustrated. This place has the worst customer service!

Pizza was good, fresh, and exactly time it said be ready. My only problem is that they have no public bathroom, and I have health issues that require me to use more frequently then. Normal

I ordered chicken on my pizza and the cheese was melted into the box and pizza wasn't even cut. .... Not cool domino's
IF I COULD GIVE THIS SPECIFIC STORE A NEGATIVE 10 STAR REVIEW I WOULD! "ANGELA" Hung up on me for trying to double check my order, I do this because I am A TBI patient from wounds substained during operation Iraqi freedom as an infantrman. She tried to use her position of authirty to Permanently blackball me from having food delivered, I asked if I could come pick up the food, in which she told me the police would be called if I tried to pick my order up?!?!? LOL What in the absolute heck?. As a US Army SGT. I was completely baffled by her use of authority and customer service. it was truly disgusting and one of the worst experiences I've ever had at domino's. With that being said they're are a lot of good employees at domino's.... just not this store. Just check the reviews on what store is better because I will definitely be giving a shout out to the woman who helped me by sorting all of this complete and absolute ignorance out. Angela seemed to poke fun at my disabilities, and when that happens to a Combat infantry vet...it is seriously one of the most hurtful things you could do. I just can't help but think that I most likely spent more time overseas in Iraq in high stress combat then she has worked at domino's. Because I truly talked to a Different woman who knows exactly her job, and was a very nice person and was able to get the job done without hanging up on a perfectly good customer. FIRE ANGELA.

Whole ball of hair/yarn cooked inside the pizza! Prices went up with bad service. Forever done getting dominos. This was not just one hair, it was a giant cluster cooked into it.

I love Mandan Domino's! They bring it every time. Desert, wings, or Pizza, I've never been let down. A pay per view event and other great events aren't the same without Domino's. Their staff is so professional, and bring it to my side door! Domino's is my favorite delivery of all time, hands down Thank you all so much!
