High priced compared to other fast food places. The hours they are open are different from day to day. The workers are friendly and the food is ok.

Customer service needs an upgrade or maybe a class or two. The girl who took my order was not listening got it wrong so they made it right only to try and up charge me for they mistake... had me standing and walking in ran just to say oh never-mind, u good! 1st of all I know I am good I always am 2nd of all maybe ya'll need to get on the same page?! Female was sitting on counter when I had first walked in... so not sanitary, let's not forget to mention how professional it looked. My order was still wrong.

We have ordered the biscuits and gravy many times it used to be the best in town . Our last 3 visits have been horrible.the gravy is tasteless and like water what a waste of money!!! I called to complain & was told he was sorry we felt that way. NOTHING WAS DONE TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH US !! WE WILL NOT EVER WASTE OUR MONEY AGAIN!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

Used to work here, food when done properly is second to none. But the management makes it hard to want to be there and that trickles down to every aspect from attitude to food prep. I still go for the food but hopefully they're on the up swing.

Went in diner to eat. After we sat, I guess they locked up. An old man wanted in, so we let him in, questioning why the door was locked, another person was let in. The manager wouldn't serve them, gave us attitude like we knew the diner part closed at 5pm. Couldn't refill drinks, because the machines were shut off at 5 also. Manager pointed at us and told her staff when they leave, no one else comes in those doors. Needless to say, as we left, we let in another customer and somehow my ice got dumped on the floor. Hmm.Hopefully the manager had a bad shift the rest of the night.

this is the 4th day i have gone to hardees that they have either not been open, when they should be, or they havent taken my order. i waited in the drive through today for 10 minutes to order. i finally got fed up and left.

Love Hardee's, especially the breakfast!I often call in 1-2 20 piece orders of their hand breaded chicken strips and head over to pick up at the Mandan location. Staff are always friendly.Only issue with Hardee's are it's high prices.

Went through the drive through ordered a double loaded omelet meal, lrg powerade NO ice. Medium hashround, and French toast sticks. My order was read back to me. The first thing they did was hand me a large powerade loaded with ice. I pulled away from the window as there was someone else in line. I pulled over to see if everything was there. I ended up going inside as the biscuit was NOT in the bag!!! I have yet to find one fast food place in Mandan who can get an order right!!!! The powerade was watered down, the biscuit was not fully cooked., and the hash rounds tasted like old grease. Not the way I wanted to start my day!!

Yucky, chicken sandwich was dry and unappealing, the ham and cheese was mushed and dry. Very pricey for two tiny sandwiches

Has alot of ups and downs. Overall I'll continue to go back for a quick bite to eat. My favorite fast breakfast spot. I did come here the other day at 1230ish and no one was there. Seems wierd.Takeout: Yes
