We walked in for a pickup order and the lady at the counter rudley told us that it had already been picked up and we couldn't have it and we were really confused and we showed her our order on the phone she gave us alot of attitude and said we'll I guess there could be 2 with this name. She then walked away from us into the back and started arguing with a coworker blaming him for her handing out the wrong order telling him he has to remake it because he put it in there and it's his fault she handed out the wrong thing. We then waited another 25 mins for our order and wasn't told she was sorry and that there was a mix of just silence and a nasty stink eye while we were sitting and waiting. She eventually disappeared into the back, the coworker she blamed and argued with brought our food and he apologized multiple times and was very nice to us. We also watched her put someone on hold on headset and just stand there and do nothing for a good 5 minutes. She didn't have a name tag on was doing front and drove through at the same time working in fast food myself I understand messing up and handing out the wrong thing but how she handled the situation was rude and very disappointing. The only good thing I have to say is thankyou to the guy worker that was so nice and fixed the problem. We will not be returning as long as she works there.

Came around 10:30 to get a single pizza with my friends. I get told to pull up to the window . I get to the window and I’m greeted with a man with neck tattoos that said “WHAT DO YOU WANT” in a very rude tone and when I responded with “im sorry what” it appeared he had gotten offended and he proceeded to kick us out and refuse us service. This is an embarrassment to your establishment and this man should be taken care of.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly

I'm very dissatisfied with my order I ordered two pizzas one was stuffed crust pretzel pizza the other was stuffed crust pizza the person who answered put on hold for a brief moment the is what the guy said was on hold for 15 minutes then called the store for 5 minutes repeatedly still no answer my son and daughter were very sad that they didn't get their stuffed crust pretzel pizza and stuffed crust peperoni pizza which they had been waiting for for our pizza night at home plus one of our pizzas was really burnt. I was very kind when I ordered but I'm very dissatisfied with the outcome.

Called this store like 10 times in an hour NOBODY answers drove by nobody in the drive thru just 2 older model vehiclss outside im assuming are the staffs yet cannot answer a phone for a customer? Owners need to clean house and get rid of this garbage management and staff and hire people who actualy want to work for a living. From prior reviews the management sounds wonderful

After visiting this location, I am not sure I can order from here again. The store was dirty and staff was scooping pizza sauce from a 5 gallon bucket that was sitting on the floor. I also watched the staff stick online order stickers to the pizza in the warmer box which explains the cold soggy pizza I was given.If you want fresh pizza make sure to order something they do not normally keep in the warmers. The price is great but not when you are given a pizza that should have been discarded hours ago.
