Just moved to Mandan, ordered take out for my wife and I. You know the food is bad when our baby who eats 2 day old pieces of cereal off the ground won't even eat it. The burgers had about a cup of salt in them and the strangest looking cheese I've ever seen (see pics below), also the fried pickles had almost no breading. This is going on my list of places NOT to eat in Mandan.

Do not go here! Waited an hour and a half for our food, 2 beers took about 15-20 after we ordered each. The burgers weren’t made right (my wife’s was missing lettuce and tomato like the menu showed and mine was missing the crispy onion straws and Cajun) and didn’t have fries. We ordered soups and were told they weren’t a side, so we got charged full price for 2 cold soups that the server said “sorry”. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and she replied that they didn’t work at night, sorry. Worst place maybe in Bis/Man right now, this place was good back in 2019.

Food is fine but service has been horrible. Been there twice, first time took forever to get any service but was able to order the nachos. They were fine. Wanted to go back and try a hamburger. Sat there for a while and was not even acknowledged. Wait staff walked by several times and did not even stop by to say it would be a couple minutes. We ended up walking out. Very disappointed.

Where do I begin. I’d rate it 0 if I could. Watching the mother and daughter fight is comical. Watching the alcoholic dad drink all their profit away is even funnier. I had to leave after I witnessed Dan stick his hand down his pants and scratch his a**hole and not wash his hands before continuing to serve customers at the bar ??

Ordered a shrimp burger. When it came to the table there was popcorn shrimp on a bun, that was it. Thinking most shrimp burgers are a patty, here not. Shrimp burger was suppose to come with sauce, lettuce and tomato. Shrimp burger? had nothing on it. Had to ask for sauce to put on it and waiter didn't even know that it was not even made right. My husband's burger was carbroiled/burnt, and small. Will be a long time before going back!

I have been here a few times and this last time I had the western burger and it was delish!! I also love their fries and station west sauce.

Station West does not care about their customers. Went in and ordered food to go. Their computer system went down, waited for 1 1/2 hours and watched everyone around me get their food when they ordered after me. They gave my order to Food Dudes. They eventually came back to get the right oder then tried to give the order back to me. I got my money back but not my sanity as they ignored me.

I wish I could rate less than one star. I had such a burnt burger it was nearly inedible. And my side of tater tots weren't even slightly warm let alone their was a bismal amount of them... Definitely the worst burgers in the area ? ?

We've made this a must stop location when in town. Very friendly staff, excellent food and drinks. They are accommodating to sports groups. Try anything with Dan's Green Chili, it's amazing!!!Wheelchair accessibility: I have a power chair and it worked great for me
Horrible service received wrong burger ordered on a take out order and it was not noticed until we got ready to eat at home.They over charged my account by 20%. Nowhere does it say takeout orders subject to a 20% gratitude.

Ordered food Saturday afternoon, super nachos and a French dip sandwich. Super nachos apparently according to station west does not come with cheese ... that's super!! Then the French dip sandwich yuck, the meat was either 3 day old dry loose meat of some kind pilfered from a beef jerky bag, or the restaurant believes this was quality roast beef. As for the dip portion tasted like straight soy sauce.As you can see the meat is so dry and gross the meat sticks to the top of the bun in the photo.

Food is good, servers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Very laid-back, casual/relaxing atmosphere. Portions could be bigger for the price you pay but the taste/flavor and menu options make up for it. Cowboy Bites App are awesome! Best burgers in Bis-Man area and so many options! Lots of weekly and daily specials to fit your wallet. Great drink, cocktail and beer selections available. Great place for family or friends to dine out, you won't be disappointed.

They had my beer in tap, was truly excited to see that. Staff friendly, food use to be bigger n better, yet still amazing.Parking: Parking kinda sucks, yet that's main street.Wheelchair accessibility: Not excessively accessible from street for parking with wheel chairs.
