This is the first and probably last time I will ever cpme to this location. I have a pretty small child and sat at the table for about 30 minutes before I had yo flag down the hostess and ask when we were gonna be waited on. She couldnt even find the guy who was in the section. He said he wasnt aware or "forgot". Still waiting on food 45 minutes after arriving. TERRIBLE SERVICE

The cooks do not pay attention to what they are dumping out of bags. My wife ordered an Oriental Salad with crispy chicken. She got what looked to be old lettuce that should have been thrown away. The lettuce stem was even in it. The salad was slimy.

Applebee's tends to be hit or miss a bit with some of the food quality, (for things like steak being cooked properly or ribs being heated all the way through)but its typically what you would expect from tasty, fun food and that is why we go there. We have never really had bad service there, even when they are busy they try really hard to be accommodating. It does tend to get busy during peak times but if you go knowing that then you are expecting to be waiting for a bit, there isn't anything the staff can do about that. I would recommend anyone coming through town to stop in and get some fun drinks and food, be patient with the staff. This is one of those places where they truly are doing their best with who showed up. The French onion soup..this is my favorite of anywhere I have tried it. So good!

Eh, that about sums it up. It’s Applebees, so my expectations weren’t super high. I sat at the bar and ordered chicken strips- easy enough. It was a Tuesday night and the bartender was more interested in talking negatively about the patrons with 3 other employees at the bar than taking care of patrons.Food was fine, I had a beer- it was cold.Maybe some leadership during the dinner hour would help. Could be better, could be worse.

Roland is an awful manager and should be fired. I have never been to a restaurant where a manager engages in confrontation like Roland. This experience was ridiculous and will be handled accordingly through the right

About average. Service can get incredibly long if the kitchen is busy, I've worked food so I'm always patient about it so its not a knock from me. The food is just not worth the price or wait for most of the menu items. Why spend almost $20 for pasta here when Noodles and Company has more options and better quality for less Money? Sometime last year I think the wings got smaller and less flavorful, so why here instead of BWW or Wings and Rings?Service is hit or miss too. I've had a server give me pushback when I asked for a to go while others bring it without me even asking. I've been ignored and waited over 15 minutes when they weren't busy, but I've had my food out to my table before 15 minutes as well. Just really really hit or miss.As far as atmosphere, it's fine. Nothing spectacular but not awful. To put it in today's kids terms, it's about as mid as you can go.P.S. The reason I'm finally making a review is I watched someone here dine and dash the other night. I don't remember who was their server but she was rightfully upset about it and was vocal with the other servers. I just wanna give her a shout out because she kept her head up and served us with a smile even through all the muck. Kudos to you server!
