I had visited this place Feb 2023 and had a great experience! But we were visiting minot again in Feb of 2024 and I had called in to see if they accept reservations, the lady I was speaking to was willing to take a reservation until she found out it was only for a group of 3 people. Then I was treated with snarky comments and unprofessional attitude. This resulted in us going somewhere else last Saturday night. It’s unfortunate that we were turned away so rude over the phone. A simple first come first served would have sufficed! I’m not sure I’m going to be back

We went to a meeting with at least 25 people. We gave our orders in separate times. They forgot my meal, then when we told them they didn't even ask if we wanted it to go or anything. Server was very impolite and she acted as if we were a bother. Will not go there again. Bad service and bad server. On top she got a 25.00 dollar tip for her bad service. We paid 157.00 for our meals and I cannot believe this happened. I would have felt awful for that person who had to sit there while everyone was staring at her wondering why she wasn't eating with everyone else.

I'm a member of two different groups that gather here in their "back room" for meetings on a regular basis. The service has always been top notch & the food delicious. There is a large television mounted on the wall that can be used for presentations and an easel with whiteboard. I highly recommend Badlands as a place to host your business or social group meetings!

We didn’t wait to long to be seated . Our waitress was great! Food very flavourful but barely warm. We didn’t complain at the time. We were with other people. Well Gladly try it again and hope it’s hot next time.

Older lady seating was the rudest person I have ever meet. She needs to be let go asap. Treating customers and ppl picking up orders horribles and mean nasty comments. Very very rude not a good first impression .
