Party of 2, both ordered wings. Both orders came out cold, hardly warmer than room temp at best. We each ordered a second happy hour drink and it took roughly 15 min to receive. Server apologized for the delay, fair enough. Later found out they charged regular price for them. Also had separate tabs and items mixed up, understand things happen but third strike. Won't be back anytime soon.

Heads up about Buffalo Wild Wings: maybe skip it to save some bucks and hassle. Our server messed up our order, which happens, but the real bummer was the manager.Super rude, didn’t want to fix our order because of a mix-up and suggested we just swap food ourselves, even though we mentioned allergies. Only after we pushed did they make us new dishes.Thought that was it until we paid. Even though the bill looked right at first, the manager sneakily charged us for both the messed-up and the remade food. Not cool.

Happy hour was a great deal and the pretzel knots were fantastic! The wings were old cold and hard. Like shoe leather tough and swimming in sauce. I never complain but I couldn’t eat them so I said something and they brought new wings. The new wings were hot (at least) and a bit softer but still kind of over cooked/crispy/tough and swimming in sauce. My husband liked his burger and the fries were good. For a place that seemed like their specialty was chicken though it fell short. Also our server just avoided us after I said the wings were old cold and hard. She dropped the new ones and disappeared until it was time to pay. Not our best Wild Buffalo experience but we’ve never been to this location before….

Went here the other night, waited 15 minutes to even get our drink order (the place was empty) ordered a salad and one order of wings. Proceeded to wait over a hour (no exaggeration) while we were waiting our waitress was talking to other employees who looked to be on there break at a table eating. She talked to them for most of the time I was waiting. When the food finally came out it was quite literally cold and rock hard. Our drinks were empty and she went back and continued talking to the other employees without refilling our drinks (so clearly was not busy at all and just left our food sitting back there) she was also pretty rude and not friendly at all) the table of employees she was talking to were right behind us and they were being extremely loud and talking about things that were definitely nsfw and should not be talked about in a work environment. Tried asking the waitress name when I left so I could include it in this review because she didn’t even tell us her name. And was told by some other girl that “we can’t give out there names like that” when I asked why she said “because of creeps” I suggest not hiring young people who don’t give a f about there job and maybe there would be better reviews on here. Extremely extremely aggravating I’ve never left a restaurant that disappointed in my life. Was there for 2 hours paid for cold food and was treated rudely. Never coming back thanks.

Every time that I have eaten here, the wings have been cold, not really any warmth in the wings. That is why I have only eaten here only 5 times since this place has been open.It's very disappointing, and that's why I will never go back there to eat. The wings we're dried out also, so I know that they are never fresh and the wings just sit on a warmer all day. It was me and my son. He said his wings were dried out also. He mentioned his wings were a little warm. And what I mean by warm I mean cooking wise food can either be warm or cold.
