I ordered 2 of the Original chicken sandwiches. One I customized adding tomatoes and mustard, requesting light mayo. And the other plain. ???????? GROSS ?! The chicken sandwich is soooooo nasty now. It is obviously the absolute cheapest chicken patty they can find.. It is NO LONGER "The original " and I will never go to Burger King again...

This is the best run Burger King I've ever visited. It's clean, which, sadly, is rare for Burger Kings. The staff was nice and even brought my food to my table.

Horrible drive through experience. They did not alternate lanes in the drive through. We had three cars go ahead of our turn even when asking if we could order through the speaker. Finally had to call the restaurant from the drive thru to ask them to take our order. Terrible service.

Horrible experience in the drive through. Bad customer service. Made us feel stupid when we pulled up and they asked if our meal had been paid for and we just got up there, we were so confused as to why they thought that. I knew my boss was in the car in front of me so I thought that maybe he had paid for our meal. They said they had to charge us again anyway and I had no idea why if it was already paid for? Then they said it wasn’t paid for. It was very confusing and they made it seem like we were the problem when they had confused us from the start, and they were no help to fix it while very clearly being very angry and upset at us and we had done nothing wrong. Will never be going there again if they are gonna treat people that bad for a problem they created.

Every time my and my boyfriend go in person for our food or gets it ordered off doordash. Every single time half of our order is missing. We always order the same thing the 30 dollar family bundle online. I dont understand this yes doordash let's of replace the order and yes burger king has also remade our order but the fact that this has been happening so much in the last 2 months is insane!
