Piss poor job in taking the order and making the order. I order with a pork tenderloin sandwich on sourdough bread cheese mayo ketchup and pickle when I got it and finally opened up my sandwich box it was just a pork tenderloin with cheese on it. I then looked at the Receipt it showed no bread. I immediately called to explain how horrible they got my order wrong and I was already 10 minutes away on the road for I ate my cheese curds first before grabbing my sandwich. I asked how does one screw up an order like that so badly. Why would I asked for no bun but yet want mayo ketchup and pickles on which they didn't put it on it or give me packets of mayo or ketchup it was just a slab of pork tenderloin. And instead of apologizing or owning up to the mistake she gave me attitude back and repeatedly said that most of all there costumers order hamburgers with no bun. She said this multiple times with an attitude. I immediately hung up since the best they would do for me is "mail" coupons instead of offering money back. Absolutely horrible pretty sure Craig Culver would not be impressed with this story.
