Rated good, so we tried it out. Hotel looks decent from the outside and hallways, it ends there. Rooms are horrible. Dirty, stained carpets, smell funny, noisy long term guests, disgusting. Didn't sleep at all, a waste of money. Only coke machine, so we had no drinks, we would never buy anything made by coke. Overall, terrible - will never return and wouldn't advise you take the ratings seriously, they are incorrect.

Sort of in the middle of nowhere, this hotel offers great value if traveling thru Minot. There is a decent diner (Krolls) around the corner and it is sort of walkable, but awkward. The hotel itself is fine. Check in a bit clueless and a long drawn out process, but the rooms are extremely well equipped and yo could easily stay there a week if you wanted to. There seems to be no food options, but there is a bar. Breakfast is basic-non existent.

The price seemed very attractive, especially considering this is a suite. Upon arrival the checkout process is very long and drawn out with a list of increasingly invasive questions. The staff was very friendly about the process and apologized as they were under orders to ask the long list of questions. With taxes and "fees" the seemingly very good deal became less of a good deal overall, still far less than booking through the hotel directly by about fifty percent. Booking ahead on Priceline did nothing to reduce the time this process took. The rooms themselves are a good size, proper little kitchen area, microwave, cooktop, good sized counter top. Bar stool seating, and a nice living room area and desk area in addition to of course a bed. There's also a lot of storage area for those staying longer periods of time. Sadly, nothing is included with the room beyond soap and towels. You don't get a coffee maker, cup, plates, cutlery, an alarm clock, etc. The condition of the room itself was VERY worn. Couches and chairs looking worn down and threadbare, tables and furniture with water marks, surface wear, as well as other age related damage. The bed was also too soft, indicating that the mattress may also be very old. The breakfast was almost non-existant. There were some granola bars, some instant oatmeal, coffee, and I don't recall what else, maybe some cereal. It was by far the worst continental breakfast I've seen in my decades of traveling in hotels around the continent. If looking for a hotel in the area and you really want seating in room, a good sized fridge and microwave and are alright with not getting an included breakfast, you might still want to consider this hotel if the price is right, just set your expectations VERY low.

We recently stayed at the Minot Extended Stay America. It was dirty. The rooms had a very stale smell. Carpets and floors in the room were filthy. We complained to management about the strong smoke and marijuana smell on the floor. Upon leaving we were responsible for disposing of our room garage or there was a charge. Breakfast included was a Granola bar or Oatmeal packet but the hot water dispenser was empty. The lobby counter rarely had anyone attending. What a disappointment. Avoid this hotel!

Horrible! This hotel has totally gone downhill, not so much as a plastic glass in the room, blood stained bedding, and is a credit card only hotel. Had booked a weekend stay but left after one night! Took weeks and many phone calls to get my refund. But wait it gets better! They continue to charge your credit card under the guise of an eye clinic name, even though you haven’t stayed there! You may get a refund but you lose the exchange! If I could give this hotel a minus rating, I would.

I felt the room and staff were outstanding during our stay. The only issue I had was staff were in the entrance doorway smoking when we arrived. According to the state of North Dakota smoking is not permitted within 20 feet on any entrance. I do have a medical issue.

The good, reasonable rates, very comfy bed and pillows, and I always enjoy a room with someting bigger than a mini fridge. The "bad", the carpets could probably use a good cleaning and you had to ask at the desk for ice which they get you. One other nice thing, it's kind of away from things on the east side of town so potentially quieter.

Quiet, clean room, good rate, full kitchen. Had a living room type area with couch and chair. I only have 2 complaints, which is why I didn't give it 5. They have reduced coverage at the front desk. So if you have a problem in the middle of the night, you're on your own. Also, in the configuration of my room, the doorway to the bathroom was next to the door to the suite. So from the bed, you have to walk through the living room and kitchen to get to the bathroom. The room had 3 closets. I thought that was a bit odd.

Okay, first things first...we had trouble getting in the hotel and then in the room. They use actual keys and we just couldn't get them to work. As the front desk isn't staffed after 10;00pm, our key to enter the hotel should have worked, but didn't. Then the key to the room didn't work. Both times we had to call the after hours service, who then contacted on-site maintenance staff to let us in - 2 separate occasions. However, it was well worth the wait. The rooms are suites and huge. The bedroom was lovely with a desk, TV, loads of pillows and a giant closet. There were two more closets, a TV in the living room, a coffee table which pulled up into a desk! Lots of lights, two stools at the counter. There was a dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, you name it, it was there - even wine glasses. all granite counters in the bathroom as well. This is the nicest place we have stayed outside of Europe. Really. And it was quiet and convenient. If we are back in the area, that's where we will head. Oh. Did I mention the couch opens into a sofa bed? Terrific experience.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel! Staff was super friendly, our room was spacious and clean, but for sure loved how comfy the bed was! Next time we are up to visit, we will be staying here!

Driving through Minot, need to stay overnight. Love the facility, friendly staff. The door knob on my room located the end of the hallway near the exit at the second floor is kind of loose, The hotel doesn’t utilize the card key but they have a metal key. Room/suite is clean. Didn’t get to avail the grab and go breakfast. No hot breakfast time of COVID PANDEMIC.

Very clean, friendly. No Food.

You have to get the front desk person if you want a drink. The food was something heated up under a Sterno can.
