I went to the drive-thru at Hardee's today and was very surprised about how nice they were to me I started speaking in Spanish and they went and got another employee to help communicate with me they are always so polite and helpful
Black pepper was added on my mushroom and Swiss sandwich and I never ask for it and I couldn't eat it ???

It was ok..the lady didn't greet me or wasn't helpful with the app for Hardee's... the lady who gave us the order was nicer...thought the sandwich was free when i did the app but finally found the offer on the app and was to late...you have to purchase something to get the free chicken sandwich... the Fry's wasn't what I thought they be...

Went threw the drive thru to pick up some breakfast on the go for the family. Servers were courteous and friendly. My order was complete in a timely fashion and all items were accounted for. Their breakfast burritos are amazing by the way.Kid-friendliness: Facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. They also have a great food selections for kids to enjoy.Parking: Parking lot is wide open and there also is handicap parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there are no stairs.

Normally I love food from Hardee's. However, this experience at the Minot North Dakota location was horrific. After eating my Frisco burger I was sick for at least a day. The staff at the drive through window was rude, and made it seem I was inconveniencing him by ordering food at 7:00 p.m.. I avoided this place for the remainder of my trip.

We showed up 45 minutes before close and waited at the drive thru and they never served us. When we pulled around the employee with the head set on was outside smoking. We tried calling the see if they were open and they never answered the phone. They drive thru had the breakfast menu up for the morning and obviously they just didn’t want to serve any more customers tonight.
