Chicken was sub par. Has a an aftertaste that says whoever is working here does not have sympathy for the customer’s taste buds. Sorrily overpriced for the chicken scratch given in place of “fried chicken”. 10/10 will tell my grandchildren how awful my experience at the Minot KFC was, nearly drove me to drink again (Tldr chicken sandwich looks like an abomination my infant son would make at his high chair)

They won't take a phone order so you know if the chicken will be ready when you get there. Even though there is 3 employees standing there doing nothing. I order online and it says ready at 426. I get there at 445 and am told a 13 minute wait. That's why I called!! To see if they had chicken ready. Incompetent at its finest.

Went on Father's day, right after church, to order a 16 pc all dark meal. They didn't have any chicken in the warmer or in the fryer. Waited 40 plus minutes for food, got home and was regular meal with half white meat. Sides were old and biscuits were hard. Spent 70 dollars and no one got full. Won't be doing that again.

We went through the drive thru. Recently moved to Minot and I thought this south location was very convenient to where we live. However after spending 60+ dollars for my family, we were highly disappointed by the food. We ordered a 12 piece bucket but could only order the original instead of crispy. I also ordered 3 extra sides with it plus fries. When we got home we noticed it was only 10 pieces of chicken and maybe a quarter piece of a piece of chicken so like 10.5 instead of 12 pieces. The chicken looked old too and this was around 7pm. It's likely we will not be back anytime soon. Hopefully the quality can be improved for the price.

I would have given it an excellent because the food was hot and delivered with a smile and very pleasant young man. But the manager and an employee got into a shouting match that was quite disturbing. We were happy to leave. Food was excellent!!!

Two out of three is bad. Of the last 3 visits, twice they had no chicken fillets. A chicken place with only legs and wings. Adios!
