This visit was great, we had not been here in a few years because of some bad experiences with the food, we were pleasantly surprised. We had the seaweed salad and beef soup to start. We were given a very large portion of seaweed salad compared to most other restaurants and there were fillers (lettuce under the salad)to make it look bigger. The beef soup had great flavor (though it may be pretty salty for some taste). My husband got the sashimi deluxe, all the fish seemed fresh and presented nicely. I got the tuna sashimi, white tuna sashimi, and Ahi tower roll. The tuna sashimi was fresh and mild tasting. The white tuna sashimi was the best thing I ate here, the flavor was almost buttery and it melted in your mouth. The Ahi roll had great flavor, it was probably not my favorite thing, because we have not really consumed sugar in over 6 months, so the eal sauce was very sweet to me. Food overall was very satisfying!The service was great. The server was friendly and very attentive without being invasive. Would definitely go back again!

Ordered almost $200 worth of takeout and I would have been better off going to china star. I've been here a gazillion times and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Also, they were out of hot mustard?!

Had a large group of 15. We sat down for Hibachi and Sushi at 230. Ordered our drinks. Took him 2 rounds of figuring it out correctly. Conveniently at around 3:05-3:10 he comes back and says we can order but from the dinner menu because lunch ends at 3. We kindly told him we had been sitting at our table waiting to order since 230. It wasn’t our fault it took him over 20 minutes to serve drinks. He refused and said it didn’t matter. We asked to speak to a manager. 10 minutes later a different waitress came to tell us they couldn’t get a hold of the manager. We decided to leave and they didn’t even try to apologize. Also what kind of Hibachi doesn’t have fountain drinks and only sells cans. You lost a party of 15 for lack of customer service.

It was 40° in there. They sat us in a side storage room space, and had floor heaters trying to keep us from seeing our breath as we tried to "enjoy" our meal.We got there on a Monday at 12pm, and found a lunch item we wanted to try.Upon ordering, we learned they did not offer lunch that day for no apparent reason.Server said "there's a free salad bar in available in the main room".I went to check it out, and it looked like the bartenders garnish tray from the night before. olives. Orange slices. Cucumber slices. Grapes. And hot sauce? What in the world?!?Not appetizing, not inviting, not comfortable, it was the last time we will visit this place, guaranteed!

Went here yesterday and got the worst case of food poisoning. I suspect the chicken had salmonella. It’s a shame because I really used to like this place.

I've ordered takeout from here a few times and it's always been good! They even drove out to the NE side of town when my order was incorrect.Also, last night my husband and I went for hibachi and it was incredible! Our hibachi chef was great and the food, pricing, and portions were awesome. We'll definitely be back!
Usually have a good experience eating here with family but not today. The General Tso’s chicken was cold and the sauce had a very different taste to it. The appetizer Crab Rangoon was overcooked as well. Step your game up ND Asia!
