I grab pizza from here often as they have some good deals. The staff is always friendly and prompt. The young gal at the counter is always smiley, and the rest of the staff is rockin' out and having fun.

Food delivered to door, no message or notification, remained outside for a short while and was rendered barely even warm. Called manager to bring up complaints on this, got a "Well food was delivered. Nothing I can do." until I re-explained what happened. I said I'd just like him to tell his driver to message people, and didn't ask for a refund. Manager replied: "Okay" and hung up.

Carry out pizza , walk up to counter , I’m the only customer in there with 3 employees. Wait for a minute then ask employee closest to me with his back to me if he could grab my pizza, get a garbled response, wait another minute and wave to the two other employees to see if they could help again no response, I then ask loudly if someone could just grab my pizza so I can be on my way, no response. Decide to just get it myself, which I do and as I’m leaving employee yells that next time don’t come behind counter, I then thanked him for all his help and effort , needless to say won’t be back lots of other choices available

i really dont like doing these but i fell going into the store, the sidewalk has not been shoveled i think ever this year. i mentioned it to the manager and he kinda just laughed at

Delivery wait was 1.5 hours. When the Delivery guy showed up he forgot more than half of our order. Took another 40 minutes to get the rest of the order. Food was cold. And there were many black hairs on several pieces of the pizza. Will be calling corporate.

Good food. I just hate using businesses that cut out their employees to save money. Not sure if it’s permanent now but I ordered delivery and they utilized DoorDash for the delivery. Not a fan of DoorDash at all and won’t be using this Papa John’s anymore.

The store front isn't terribly welcoming, but that's the nature of the location. I've enjoyed all of their pizza. The crust is not thin but not thick with just a bit of chewiness. The staff is quick to respond and very friendly!
