First you got rid of the original BBQ pizza and brought some Japanese style back that is garbage compared to the one y'all used to have. A simply deplorable decision. Following that travesty is this absolutely abhorrent try at dinner. Bad staffing or new staffing is not an excuse. If I have to eaith three hours for garbage and now my family has to wait as I find something else to serve them for dinner, this SHOULDN'T BE THE WAY IT IS. ID GLADLY WAIT IF THE END RESULT ISNT A FLAMING DUMPSTER FIRE OF ULTIMATE DESPAIR.PIZZA HUT I AM DONE WITH YOU. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD TAKE A LESSON. DONT GO TO PIAZZA HUT IN Minot ND. They ought to take the franchise liscense. I recommend going back to the basics. Five star failure.

Ordering on the app is a pain. Always says “we do not deliver to this address” which forces me to do the carry out option. Pretty inconvenient as a consumer who lives all the way on the other side of town. I selected the contactless pickup option but pretty soon realized that nobody was in fact going to bring my order out to me, (which was why I left a tip, I would not have tipped if I had known I was still going to have to pick up my own food) There were errors on the order, but not severe enough for me to complain about it. The food still tastes good whenever we order from here. It was a skeleton crew working today when I ordered from them. I did not get my soda or sauces, I turned around halfway on my drive home realizing I forgot the soda. My bad for assuming that at least the sauces would be there (which costed me an additional several dollars) Seems to be pretty common in all the food places in minot lately… this is still a better option than dominos or papa johns as far as I’m concerned. In terms of the quality of the food at least.
I was disappointed that this location did not have any sit down options. Decided to do carry out instead. The pizza and bread sticks were both delicious but the pasta could use some work. The staff were nice and got our order out in the time listed on the order details.

Pizza always tastes great here. Called for carry-out and was told it would be 20 minutes. Waited about 20 minutes after I got there so they could've just told me it would be 40 minutes. Should've done delivery so I could just wait for them in the comfort of my own home.

One of the worst experiences I've had for ordering food The DoorDash driver was great though Even went to get my wings when Pizza Hut gave him the wrong order they didn't have enough staff so they used doordash but they gave the dude the completely wrong order for a whole different name then I called them and asked him what the hell and they said there's nothing we can do about it once DoorDash takes the order and I said this is ridiculous anyways the guy who got the wrong order went and grabbed my order and brought it to me but by the time that was done my food was cold My garlic wings didn't even have garlic stuff on them anyways I would not order from them
