This place is awesome, and I love eating here on the regular. Wings are ready fast and I can get a hot meal eaten in under 15-20min. Love it! Great place is town.With that being said, there is one business practice that is so excruciatingly annoying, it’s worth mentioning. It’s if the person at the POS forgets to add dipping sauce to the sale. You then need to stand back in line and pay $0.31. This has happened 3-4x to me in the last couple of months. Today I ordered a Memphis style chicken sandwich meal with bbq dipping sauce. My guess is that the person running the POS thought I wanted the chicken shaken in bbq sauce, not a side. I told the server and she informed me I had not paid for it, I shook my head and I wasn’t as patient as I could have been. I had to stand back in line behind 2 people and wait to pay my $0.31. I agree I did not pay for it, but it’s embarrassing and my food was cold (not super cold but annoyingly warm). If y’all could build $0.31 into your items somewhere so you can just hand a side of bbq, or whatever sauce so you don’t have to ask customers to get back in line. Rant over…this is just a thing making it not a 100% amazing experience.With all that…this place is the bomb. I love it!

For bring a place that specializes in chicken, I was taken back to my youth and was asking "Where's the beef(chicken)?. The bun could have fit 2 or 3 pieces of the size that we got. The fries were good. Hopefully this is an exception.

I can get better chicken at a McDonald’s, what was served to me was slimy and tough. The only thing that made the food worthwhile was the sauce. I forgot why I haven’t came back in a while, and I don’t think this place is worth anyone’s time or money.
I really hope this was a one time thing because I love this place. I ordered on doordash and recieved half of my order and someone else's drink in the mix with ours. My wrap had very rubbery chicken in it with barely any sauce and a lot of lettuce. The chicken in the sandwiches was a lot smaller than normal. The fried pickles were abnormally salty to the point where they almost weren't edible. I'm probably not going to order any slim chickens again for a while.

I waited in line for close to 40 minutes with 4 cars in front of me and got home to a chicken sandwich with a nugget of meat that only covered a third of the bun that was also so tough I could not even bite through it. Horrible sandwich and a horrible experience.

The buffalo mac n cheese bowl was extremely salty, couldn’t finish it. The fried pickles were also very salty and hard to eat. Giving the food 2 stars only because my wife had the tenders and they were good (not salty).
