The staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing the vegetable table was gross. the lettuce tin has gunk on the side the lettuce is brown. I asked if they had different lettuce cause it looks inedible they said that’s all they have. Normally I wouldn’t care but if it looks like that just say you’re out of lettuce don’t serve that gross stuff to paying customers. They said they toasted it and the bread was still soft and the meat and stuff on the sandwich is cold.

Parents stood waiting for someone for 10 minutes and no one came out to wait on them. Lid was open on the food with the lights in the back off. We got food elsewhere and no one came out till almost 45 min later to fill napkins and she went back in the back where it was dark.

Let me start by just expressing my discontent with the two employees in North Dakota square mall Subway. This two guys wore very disrespectful, beyond rude to me and my daughter . I never see this kind of behavior from a employees yelling at my daughter and other young customers in line . I express my concerns to Tray the manager of subway but I don't think he do anything to discipline this employees. Is very sad and disappointed.

The male staff is rude and unprofessional. Do not even have the proper ingredients sorted out. Got charged extra for something I did not order. Customer service is just bad hands down.

We came to the mall and my son wanted subway so we walk up and they tell us they won't be open until noon. We order food from somewhere else. At 11:45am we see them serving a couple food. Really?! That is horrible service! Maybe you should have people working there that want to work or at least have all the workers on the same page. If you tell one customer you don't open until noon, then don't go and serve another customer 15 minutes later at 11:45am! We will not eat there again!
Service was really good everyone was helpful and friendly and the order was made the way we ordered

Employee looked at me several time never greeted me then walked in back and I never got served at all then watched it happen to 7 other potential customers after me. Horrible customer service will never attempt to eat at this location again. This happened on 11 May 2019 @ 6:40pm.
