I will preface this review by saying that I have come here several times and typically have a decent time. Not perfect service but really good food. But last night I was on a date night with my fiance. The restaurant half was completely empty minus a couple tables of people. We got seated, that was easy enough. Didn't ask if we want booth or table, but thats fine. We kept seeing the employees and what looked to be some old manager gossiping in there little nook instead of helping us.And after about 15 minutes of waiting for them to even ask for our drink orders. Me, my fiance, and daughter just got up and put our coats back on and left. We won't pay a business that is this bad at service. Every 5 minutes we waited and they were talking and goofing off just cemented my disliking of this location.If you want to know, we went to Brewtus instead and got seated, drinks, and appetizers right away. Highly recommend them

My husband and I have gone to Bostons a few times now and each time has been wonderful. The food was great as always. Tonight, however, we were very disappointed in our waitress Elisa. She was incapable of doing her job as she was too high to function properly. We barely got a greeting, she asked us how our food was before it even arrived, she dropped the parmesan grater and cheese on the floor, and she almost failed to take our payment. If it weren’t for her manager being so busy we would’ve paid through him and spoke to him about it. I rarely write negative reviews, but for a family outing we expected slightly better than what we received.

went there to watch the nfc game and i liked the food so i went back a second time cause i was craving the same burger (jalapeño & onion straw) with the beyond pattie, but this time i chose the fries as a side. they were rock hard. they gave me somebody else's fries from last week. on top of that, the meal came out to $20 bucks since they ridiculously up charge for me not wanting to eat beef. not going back....also, there were no jalapeños whatsoever.

I noticed one of the server was having food from one of the plates which seemed like what was meant for customer. I would urge the management to look from their CCTV footage if that is the case. It was one of those server boy.The waitress was overdoing the act of asking while I was enjoying my meal. I prefer not to be disturbed while I am chewing food. And when it was time for the cheque, she was busy chatting with one of the customers.The food was alright though.

Literally the best artichoke dip I have EVER had! Their ceaser was pretty damn close to being the best ceaser salad I've ever had also. Couldn't even take a bite out of my Beyond burger that I was so stoked to have. Taking all this home and planning on working through it all over the weekend. Seriously BEST EVER!
