The person working was either having a bad day or just not great with customer service. She was very short with responses, didn’t say hi or anything, appeared irritated or crabby, didn’t smile at all, very monotone voice. She was slamming doors and throwing things around while she was making the drinks and when 2 people got in line behind me, she let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes. I guessed the trivia correct and she didn’t give me the 10 cents off either. The hot chocolate was really good!

Food was as not as tasty or fresh as it is at other locations, they are very short staffed, waited a long time for beverage. Drink was okay. The one person was doing all she was able. I like the seating upstairs but it was messy, not cared for as it was other times.

I don't normally do reviews but this place is a disaster. My count currently sits at 15 times in a row when I order an XL crafted press *hot* I get an iced. How anyone could make the same mistake 15 times in a row is beyond me. Half the time they act annoyed they have to remake it. It's quite the experience.
