If you have the intention to come in 30 minutes before they are closed be warned⚠️ they don't take too kindly to late night interruptions to their box folding.Do Not ? ask them to do anything extra. Everything goes against company policy: placing a four pack into individual boxes = "against company policy"Cutting cookies in half= "against company policy"Placing more than two cookies into a single cookie box = "against company policy"They are nonautonomous. Get in get out don't ask questions.?

We've tried most of the cookies from here over the past year, and there are a few greats...but only a few. Quite a few ok and too many not very good ones for the high price. Btw, since when do we have to tip for someone putting something in a box & handing it to us? Will still go there for Kentucky Butter Cake, Fruit Pizza, and various maple flavored ones, but just too pricey to go regularly.

I’m done with Crumbl. High prices just for half of the cookies to be out of stock no matter what time. The cookies always seem to be underbaked. Last time I went the drive thru was closed, seemingly permanently. Staff are not friendly whatsoever and are more like robots. Not to mention the business is cashless, so if I wanted to use any tip money to get a late night cookie box, forget it.

Tried for the first time a week and a half ago. I did like their online ordering and reward system, drive through and pick a procedures. I also like that they rotate the options as well. It was my first time so I forgot to say on the app that I was there and when I walked in all the employees just looked at me for 5 minutes before even attempting to help me. The cookies are very tasty, but $14 for four of them even if they're fairly big, I won't be getting them very often. I also looked at the nutrition facts, and that will also make me not be getting them very often lol. If you want 100% of your daily saturated fat in one cookie, go for it.
We love Crumbl and stop every time we pass through a town with a store!
