The gentleman working the drive thru today, just before 5pm, was the most polite and delivered our meal with care and cleanliness! I would return solely based on how awesome he is. The food was also perfectly cooked, blizzards filled to the top and everything was packaged nicely for the car ride home.

Their drive thru does close at 9pm ? google doesn't give them the option to fix it. I did ask, manager was super nice about it.
Was pretty good. The person at register was kind of short with us, and not super kind. The blizzards didn't seem to be made as they usually get made at the other dq's. It was just a different experience than the other one we've been to (which is owned by the same person...) on 13th Ave.

We were in line through the drive thru more than 30 mins before closing. They were not taking orders until 5 mins to close anda that line started moving and just told us they were closed. Never coming back here.

They were extremely rude ordered a puppy chow medium blizzard and a heath brownie confection. When getting the blizzard it was a small and she handed the heath brownie carmel confection to me and said very rudely well you only paid for a small and walked away didn't offer to correct it nothing then noticed that the brownie confection had hardly any ice cream in it. I tried to call and speak to a manager and I called 5 times each time they hung up or answered and didn't say a thing! I will never go back! By far the worst!

Worst DQ I've ever been to. Order wrong and malt was chocolate milk. I watched them make it and their mix wasn't even close to frozen. The cashier was barely able to comprehend my order and obviously didn't because our food was wrong. Waited a extremely long time to get food. Place was filthy, no straws by drink dispenser. I honestly don't know how this place stays open. Very poor staff!

40+ minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. I get being short staffed but unless the guy taking the orders is also making and bagging them. That’s ridiculous.
