I had never stopped in to a Jimmy John. The lady at the counter was very rude because I did not know what kind of sandwich i wanted. So I'll probably never return here again. She should have been a little nicer of being a first time customer.

The big guy was really rude. I explained that my husband ordered with my name but used his rewards so it could be under the names. Some other guy from the back easily found my order but the big guy decided to tell me to “Be more on top of it because those names are completely different.” I don’t know about you..but I surely don’t look to marry someone based off of if we have the same name ?.

Food is good but the politeness of the staff is hit or miss. There is however an older guy working there that is a dead ringer for Vito Spatafore on the tv show The Sopranos. Google him then go check out his body double at Jimmy John’s in West Fargo next to Costco!

Located on southwest corner of 23rd Avenue and Bluestem Drive, there is traffic on all sides, just south of Costco. Good service with predictably good Jimmy Johns sandwiches.

I went to this JJ's at 3:45pm on a Wednesday, the service was great, the people were kind, and they actually gave me extra lettuce when I asked for it! Most of these stores in the area give you almost non-existent veggies even when you ask for extra, but not this store, thank you to the kind peeps who work here!

Disappointed with unwich. It also wasn't supposed to have tomatoes. This was the second attempt after they got the first sandwich wrong.
The sandwich was good. The problem was the delivery person leaving it on the hallway floor even though the instructions said hand to me. The delivery fee and tip were around $6, and the store is just .5 miles away, so waiting a few extra seconds for me to get to the hotel room door is not too much to ask. Please remember you're in the customer service industry, and the little things go a long way.
