Gal at the register was very friendly and warned us that chicken on the bone was at least an 8-minute wait and she provided updates while we were waiting. The wait was understandable, since the drive-thru was full and there were several families/groups dining in.They waited to prepare the rest of our order until the chicken was ready so that it was all fresh and HOT - not something you find often at fast food places! I had the chicken tenders and my mom had the 2-piece meal - all delicious!Tables for dining in were mostly clean; a few that needed to be wiped, but not terrible. We could have done without the unsupervised children running around, but overall a positive experience!

Kentucky Fried Chicken offers a finger-licking good experience with their signature crispy and flavorful fried chicken. I haven't ate at KFC for ever really enjoyed it was good clean restaurant

The current chicken they serve is nothing like it used to be. Very greasy and tastes terrible.
The food was good, missed an item on our order but gave is extra for missing it. The restaurant lobby needed to be cleaned, but it was a much better experience visiting this time.

Dirty seats it took 10 minutes to find the clean seats, the female staff is rude, we managed to sit on the wooden chairs (Table not clean) managed to clean by our self's. Waited to be attended for 15 mins, no excuse we asked for the receipt she told no receipt, we are working without receipts since morning. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combo included fries and a drink they give us sandwiches drink and two biscuits instead of fries, I went on the counter and asked for the fries the guy denied he said I asked you for sides you refused, I said yes but the fries are included in the combo meal he said no. Then another lady came and said it's misunderstanding you can take fries. The staff need proper training to deal with the customers.
