I had the Jalapeno Popper Mac and was very surprised by it. I could have had eaten 2 of them. Nice surprise with the raspberry cream cheese on top. Overall food was great, kids drained their plates.

I visited Say Cheese Mac & Melt Co. with high hopes for their mac and cheese, only to be deeply disappointed. The dish lacked any semblance of the rich, creamy texture and flavor one would expect from a decent mac and cheese. Honestly, my mother’s homemade version puts this to shame, and it doesn’t cost me a dime. Even a frozen mac and cheese from Walmart would have been a step up—and significantly cheaper. Save your money and skip Say Cheese Mac & Melt Co. Trust me, your taste buds and wallet will thank you.

The food was awesome, when we finally got it. We waited 40 minutes. We’ve been here before and never waited more than 10 minutes. The front staff were nice but did a lot of standing around. The cooks were in no hurry and there were lots of people waiting for food. Even with all the people waiting, which we didn’t realize until after we ordered, no one warned us the wait was going to be so long. Very disappointing. If I come back, I guess I’ll have to ask about the wait.

Ordered takeout with a specific pick up time. Arrive on time and wait 25+ minutes for food with no explanation other than “it’s almost done”. A few other people are also waiting for their food and one group right next to the waiting area - one person has finished her food and the other person hasn’t even gotten hers. No communication initiated from staff and they avert eye contact whenever they walk by. It’s okay to be short or slow but communicating with customers would be preferred over gossiping in the corner saying “if I get in trouble I will just quit”.

This place is lacking. Employees in the front stand around waiting for orders to be completed from the tornado run through kitchen. The dining room had messes on three or four tables from previous customers the whole time I was there. Zero organization of whose orders were who’s. Management had zero handle over team members clocking out during a rush. Avoid if possible until changes are made.

Not as good as it used to be, a cut up corn dog isn't mini corn dogs ( which was burnt.) The beef stroganoff is now ground hamburger stroganoff. ?

Two comfort food favorites at one place--grilled cheese and macaroni and cheese along with soups and other great sandwiches! Prices were reasonable and they had some daily specials with even better deals. While in a fast-food setting, it was an elevated fast food.

Grilled cheese not cooked in butter. It tasted like some butter flavor oil...nasty. The broccoli had a little cheese sprinkled on top and was in a sauce that looked like cheese, but again, tasted bad. I want real butter and real cheese.
