Lady brown hair didn't get her name was very rude didn't make sandwiches how I asked and when she forgot my side of sause she slammed the window open scaring my child wouldn't recommend this subway

The owner is a greedy little manchild that steals from his employees. Forces them to sign papers allowing him to change your pay to what he chooses. Maulik is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to owners. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Don’t give the greedy little pig another dollar.

I just got a sub today and asked for EXTRA lettuce and black olives on my sub yet it definitely was less then the normal amount, I always get the same sub but it was extra tiny this time so I knew it wouldn’t be made right. Everyone else in my family who got a sub got theirs nice and filled but then mine seemed to have been made lazy, make sure to just go inside and tell them what you want so they can’t skimp out on the toppings you want. ??

Ordering: Kiosk in drive thru was incredibly loud and piercing.Food quality: fine, but it was clear the worker did the bare minimum with ingredients added. When I selected more from the kiosk the sandwich barely had any extra, if none at all.Waiting at window: at least 15-20 minutes with no other cars behind or in front of us and looked like no one was dining in.Payment: used a coupon for $17.99 for 3 foot longs. Worker set out tap to pay. I tapped and put my card away. NO TIP WAS OFFERED TO BE TAPPED OR SELECTED.Later I checked my credit card and the total was over $23. I found my receipt and the guy had added an almost $4 ($3.88) tip to the order without my permission.

09/09/23 We got there at 3:00 and the older lady behind the counter took about 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for us. The lady did not know ingredients to signature sandwiches and was incredibly stingy with ingredients.

I went in today at around 6:30 pm and nobody was at the counter. All I heard was music playing in the back and I even tried saying “hello” I waited like 5 minutes and just ended up leaving.

06/03/23 1:20 pm. Pulled up to the drive thru. Made my order on the kiosk. Waited a few minutes in line until the car infront of me went on its way. I pulled up to the window and sat there for over 15 min, no joke. Worker didn't bother coming to the window at all so fortunately I hadnt paid yet and finally left. I waited so long thinking he's busy but when I pulled away I seen no customers inside the store. Not sure what was going on but to let customers sit at the window w no word for 15+ min is just a waste of ppls time. There were 2 cars behind me when I left... I hope none of those ppl were on their 30min lunch break. They might end up skipping lunch and waiting at a window for nothing

Is the closest store to my house and I've never had good service there. They're slow, unprepared and I don't recall the last time I saw the TV menus on or working. They were open for 4 hours (1 pm) when I went there today and you would've thought they just opened 2 mins earlier

The few times I've been in here has always been a great experience. There's a gal that always wears her hair in a braided ponytail that is so nice! When I went in 11/9 around noon the two guys working were so nice and had such a great attitude. This location rocks!!! Will definitely be back.
