I normally don’t write reviews. But I waited for a couple minutes before the worker noticed me and said anything to me. I understand that he was the only one working. But he did not really look at me much when making my sandwich. He was really slow when making my sandwich and there were 2 other people waiting in line behind me. Service overall was super slow.

I have not had a good experience at this location, despite it being close to my home and really wanting it to be great! I've gone twice about a year apart. Service is very slow, and despite the app stating my order is ready, I've needed to wait between 30-40 minutes for my food each time I've been there. It doesn't seem like the have enough workers and not everyone who is there seems to be working efficiently (e.g., one employee was just standing there looking at customers). Today my spinach was slimy, dark, and disintegrating, and I choose not to eat my sandwich due to worry about bacteria.

This store will NEVER toast a sub when asked. McDonald’s used to be the epitome of food order failures, not anymore. Today is one of MANY screw ups from THIS location. 4 bacon egg cheese flatbread. All 4 were supposed to have extra bacon NOPE. 2 of the 4 were supposed to have lettuce NOPE. Toasted? NOPE. Not sure how they stay open, this is the norm for this location.

It really sticks to have to leave this review, because I love Subway, this was my regular spot, and the workers are generally very polite. My wife and I ate two different subs that both contained lettuce, red onions, and tomatoes and received terrible food poisoning that has lasted well into the following day (so far). There were no other commonalities in what we ate all day. Mine was a teriyaki chicken and hers was a club. There is absolutely no excuse for serving tainted food.

Normally don’t have issues besides they’re understaffed so things are significantly slower traditionally. Tonight we went to get Subway though and we get home only to find that my sub is missing lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, oil, and vinegar. It’s like a plain meat sandwich which wasn’t very enjoyable to eat.Even if they are understaffed I would just encourage them to make sure to take their time, I am sure most people are willing to wait for a good sub vs a lukewarm meat sandwich.

The bluestem Dr location.Staff are always being trained in because the manager can't keep anyone longer than a week. He needs to figure out he's the problem.

Big fan of subway in general. but not the one on 32nd like the Loves travel stop. Dude was hella aggro with my cookies. i was flabbergasted like ? anyway someone should check in on him. genuine concerns about his mental health. hope this helps!

Waited in the drive through for 50 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me….. then they asked me what I ordered when I got to the window and it took an additional 10 minutes to get my food after that.

EDIT TO ADD: I gave them another shot this evening (7/18/23). I placed my order and pulled up to the window. I sat for ~3mins before anyone even came to the window. I was then told it’d be about a 30min wait due to the lobby line and online orders. I opted to leave.Went through the drive thru and after waiting behind another car for almost 3mins, I get home to find my sandwich covered in a vinaigrette I did not ask for. I called the store to see what they could do and they wanted me to drive all the way back for them to remake it because "we don't have coupons to send out". Ruined my entire sub.

Waits at drive through are long and they have yet to toast a single sub I've ordered at the drive through. Must be their lazy way to catch up on subs. Most subways in town are becoming as bad as taco bell.

Update to my last post about waiting in line for 25 minutes. So after 30 minutes someone finally came to the window and asked what I had ordered. I told them and they said ok and left. Then after waiting a total of 45 minutes in the drive thru, the lady opened the window and said they ran out of everything and I had to come back tomorrow for my refund...

This location is always slow. Tonight took 20 minutes for 3 subs and my sons meatball sub had no meatballs - just sauce.
