We ordered the $47 sampler with side of burnt ends. Food arrived quickly but all was lukewarm at best. Mac n cheese was a glob of who knows what. Meats were tasty but would have been better if hot. Seemed a little dried out. Hard to recommend.
Ahhh-mazing! We had a wonderful experience. It was our first time at The Piggy BBQ, and it very quickly became a favorite! The pulled pork was so succulent and flavorful! I have never had better tasting Mac and Cheese! We were there at a quiet time, early afternoon on a Sunday. There were not too many other customers, yet. If you are from Fargo, you have to go here. Atmosphere and service were great. They have a ton of whiskey selection. Unfortunately my brisket was nearly inedible. It was incredibly dry and flavorless. I didn’t expect the world, but thought it would be better.
