The service was great. Fast and friendly. The food however was cold, old and dry. Burnt ends weren’t burnt at all just old brisket soaked in sauce. Brisket was absolutely miserable. It was so dry I immediately needed water just to get it down. Too much smoke not enough flavor. Mac and cheese was super salty. Not too sure I’d try again. $40 for 2 people at this level of quality was a bit much. Maybe $25 and I wouldn’t feel offended. Just be careful.

My wife and I usually get the pulled pork or brisket sandwiches as they are excellent. However recently we shared a full rack of ribs with two sides of the mac & cheese and pork and beans. It was fantastic! Had leftovers the following day. We will be back. Love the atmosphere and very friendly service. ??❤️

I have been in rib contests for 30 years these were quite possibly the worst ribs I've ever had. Absolutely no flavor thier not smoked and no smoke rings at all. Ribs don't come wrapped in saran wrap I have no clue how your cooking them . Attached are your ribs and mine.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch. We had the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese and potato salad. We also had the pickle medley and cornbread. The meats had good flavor but were pretty dry. Their bbq sauce however is delicious and saves the sandwiches. The pickles helped as well. The stars though were the Mac and cheese, the potato salad and the cornbread. They were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The cornbread is more of a cornbread pudding, it’s very dense but sweet and addictive. If you’re in the area and like BBQ, give this place a try.

The Piggy does a very nice job of bringing BBQ to the north. Everything you would expect to fine is on the menu: brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs and burnt ends. All of the meats are above average and the brisket is particularly good. The sides are good across the board, and surprisingly for a BBQ place they do salads well. Add in a full bar with good cocktails (they have large ice cubes), and a nice patio and this should be on your list of places to eat in Walker.

I love their bowls. Getting to choose potatoes or Mac and cheese, the meat, and sauces makes each meal unique. So good!
