Our server was all over the place.. We had a table of about 10 people, they didn’t write down any of our orders… Took 20 minutes to enter our order because he had to guess what we all got… Came back a few times to ask questions… Still got all of the wrong stuff and sides… Burgers were raw in the middle.. Drinks were ok but we had to flag him down to even order a drink.. The bathrooms need some serious help. The one stall didn’t have a lock on it, I tried to use a different still and the lock wasn’t very effective since i opened it to another lady using it… The other stall had no toilet paper so i had to give a girl some, while holding the door closed for some random lady to finish her business. Not sure where management was the whole time… Not impressed and probably won’t be back for along time, if ever.

Waitress literally the most inattentive waitress I've ever had. And the place is slower than slow....open tables everywhere. She's had her head layed on the bar, been on her phone, put something in her mouth from the kitchen....everything except check on us....not even once. Had to ask for another drink. Two stars are for the decent food. Service=0 stars

Called on November 6th and reserved the private room for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party. Reserved the room for November 18th at 4pm. I was told the room was free and there is no charge for the room. Called on the 16th to confirm my booking and also put in my pizza order since we were going to do a pizza bar. I was told everything was good to go for Saturday. On the 18th, 2 hours before the party was to take place, Traditions called and asked if I put down a deposit in which I said I was told the room was free. I was then told the room was double booked and was then asked if it would be okay for our party to sit in the main restaurant. My husband was home so couldn't voice how upset I was without him finding out it was a surprise party. Said it was fine to be in main restaurant since I only have 2 hour notice and have guests from out of town coming. I was then told we would get a discount on pizzas. Arrived at restaurant, I did not get any apology from management. The server was nice but he asked if we were ordering off menu and I said no I put in a pizza order and was told we could have a pizza bar. Server said "they never tell me anything". Later he came back and said they found my order and will start making pizzas.At the end of the party, got the bill and there was no discount given.What was supposed to be a fun night surprising my husband for his birthday.... was stressful and not the party I was hoping for.

Our server, older guy in a sports jersey, started being OPENLY TRANSPHOBIC at our table, with me, A QUEER PERSON, present. 7:30pm 11/10/23 table of 4. He went on an absolute tangent about “neutering” and “tranny fluid” in relation to the recent Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light controversy. My boyfriend had to look him dead in the eye and tell him to stop before I caused an absolute scene. I’m absolutely horrified at the service here and would NEVER come back.

Went for breakfast a few days ago with our 2 toddlerspancakes where rubbery.None of our food for our table came out at the same time.They never gave us silverware. When we asked for silverware,syrup for the pancakes and butter the butter was rock hard...Our hash browns were burnt and overcooked...We have came here many other times for dinner ..the service was amazingthe food was greatatmosphere was good as wellI just would not recommend their breakfast..
Pretty good! My coworker got in late and we got a little hungry. It was dinner time in our time zone, but bedtime in Fargo on a Sunday night. I tried the chili and cheese curds. Chili was awesome. The curds were good, but a bit on the salty side. My coworker got the big salad. Our Bartender was pretty cool, and he guessed correctly that I was the one who called him ahead of time to make sure we could order late night food.

Visited Traditions for early dinner before a show at The Lights. It was busy so we expected service to be a little slow but it was 50 minutes before we got our food and all we ordered was nachos. Our server never once checked on us to see if we needed more drinks or to give us an update on our food. Even after she brought the food she never checked on us. And the nachos were a joke! Taco Bell has better nachos!

Pros:-The pizzas were great and reasonably priced.-Our server was friendly and attentive—kept refills coming without being asked.-Lots of TVs—something for everyone.Cons:-There were a crazy number of flies around our table inside. Our table spent most of the meal swatting at flies. I hope it’s not as bad in the kitchen.-We had a larger group (around ten) but some got their food 15-20 mins before others and were done eating before the other food came out. The restaurant wasn’t busy, although I can understand if the kitchen was understaffed.-Burger was overcooked and dry. It was one of the last things to come out, so it would have taken too long to remake.
Great happy hour specials, bingo, and seating to accommodate grabbing a drink with a friend or holding an event.
