Been here a few times and I must say I have had a worse experience each time. I am not sure if staff turnover is the issue or management, but service is a problem and it seems to extend back to the kitchen. I just stopped going here, to be honest.

Took a chance since we were hungry and also hot from an afternoon RedHawks game. Elegant yet casual if you will. Drew was our server. Excellent! Had a shrimp cocktail for two. Huge flavorful shrimp. My spouse had walleye and I had prime rib French dip. Portions are large and the quality is very high. Enjoyed it so very much. Price point is higher and well worth it. Enjoy!

The best thing about this restaurant is the beloved popover the setting of the restaurant is kinda dark and strangely decorated. It's not very enjoyable to eat inside the windowless box building on a sunny summer night. Once inside, the anticipation for you popover begins. Service is usually pretty good and people are friendly. With every meal you receive A basket of popovers. These "sides" actually become your main dish. They are sooo delicious, sometimes I will go there just to eat the popovers. I'm not sure what the secret recipe is for them or how they make that sweet butter. But damn is it good. I dream about those popovers some nights and crave them for weeks on end. The fish is pretty good too, but a lot of the vegetables are over salted with minimal selection. The popovers are always worth a visit though!

We just got our food to go but it was amazing. One of the best meals I've had here in the FM area. I'd say this is one place you don't want to miss out on.

I’ve been to Tru Blue multiple times and love eating here. Most recently we had a waiter Chris who was absolutely wonderful. Their popovers are delicious and we always like browsing the menu for new dishes. Thanks for the great food and experience!

Great service and good food. It wasn't my favorite place to go for a special occasion but it wasn't the worst either. I'd say it's a nice dinner date or special occasion but also very casual as well and family friendly. I wouldn't go again but it wasn't a disappointment either and I'm glad I tried it. I don't like the dessert on a platter and you choose from ...but that's just me . The portions are huge for sure and food quality overall was good for me.
