The ribs were fall off the bone, the pulled pork was juicy and the brisket was mouth watering. The Mac-n-cheese was a huge hit! It was all good for a very fair price. “I’ve been to Famous Dave’s in several cities and order the pork ribs. The Williston location ribs were not only the best I’ve had at any other Dave’s, they’re up there with the best ribs I’ve had anywhere. Bartender recommended dry rub with no sauce, and I’m glad she did. Less mess and you could really experience the bark. Usually pork ribs come overcooked where the bones slide out on their own. This location cooked them competition perfect where you can end with a clean bone, but it takes a few bites. Only one critique about the ribs - the membrane was left on. Maybe that’s the secret I’m missing?“
