Good service for the most part...we're out of ice of all things the other day!! Thought a discount should have been offered for the ones who wanted iced items ? ? ?. But I enjoy there coffee more then other coffee houses and the same as Starbucks and indont have to get out the car for them ?

Most of the time my drink is spot on, however, occasionally it's either VERY sweet or NO flavor at all. This has been a consistent issue for 2 years so I wonder if the employees have a chart to follow for flavor shots etc or if they're just not following it or what. Either way, it's delicious coffee and wonderful service! Every single person is very nice. A little renovations to the pavement would be nice.
