You can't really go wrong here. The food is good and the staff are very inviting and, even when busy, attentive. I recommend that if you want REALLY spicy salsa with your chips, ask for the salsa from the kitchen.
Very quantity over quality. The food us adequate and filling. Service and atmosphere are very welcoming. Food was served quickly and was fresh, though nothing jaw dropping. Very good place to go with friends for a couple of drink and to split a meal.

Seated fast, chips/salsa quick, drinks immediately...because the server does none of those things. She walked by us for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally got up and asked a busser to come tell her to take our order. Horrible waitress. Food was decent.
