This is a great coffee shop, The service is always great and the staff is friendly. They have great coffee and the internet is amazingly fast. This is my go-to office when I am in town! Oh, they have some great food selections too!

Unfortunately this was my first visit to the 2nd ave location. I walked in and the individual at the cash register picked up the ringing phone and didn’t let me know it would be a minute. I totally understand that this location takes phone orders. I patiently waited for someone to say hi and/or take my order. Eventually, the line was 5 customers deep before someone took my order. I wish I would’ve remembered her name. I just remember she is from Idaho. She said, “since she’s on the phone, I’ll take your order” and she went above and beyond and grabbed water from the back of house. Overall, I’d say this location has tons of options to sit and enjoy coffee. There’s even a drive-thru. I believe it’s a busier location, so be ready to wait and/or order online or hit the drive-thru.

Discovered this place on a Christmas trip to visit my in-laws. I loved it. It was a cozy little escape from the beautiful chaos of the holidays, decore was fantastic, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the space was very pleasant. We walked there twice in -20 weather so that should say something about how much we enjoyed it. Service was a little slow (would not make this a fast morning coffee stop), but for a coffee date it was perfect.

I asked for a Cafe Americano with soy milk. She charged me for a cafe Latte with soy milk. When I asked why was my bill more than what it should be, she mentioned that I asked for soy milk and it’s expensive. I obtained my receipt only to learn that she charged me for something that cost $1 more and the extra soy milk. I went inside to address my concern and the cashier was rude. Her story changed, she said well you asked for steamed milk and I was trying to give you a better quality drink. I told her, I asked for a cafe Americano with Soy milk, but you wanted to give me what you wanted me to have then charge me for it. I’m sorry this is not how customer service work. She said well I can refund your money, but you need to bring me the coffee back! I was in a rush and didn’t have time to continue on with her. I gave her the coffee and she reimbursed my money. Her attitude was out of control. Since when do a person place a order, but the waitress bring you what she thinks is better for you, then charge you for it. I will NEVER patronize this place nor do I recommend it. I highly encourage each person to check their receipt!

Used the drive thru which was easy. They took awhile to make all our drinks, but we did have a large order. They were nice in offering us a hot drink frer they made in error when we ordered an iced drink. The drinks tasted really good.

...putting this string of four coffee shops together. They all have different decor, but with a sameness in the quality, comfortable and certainly some place that is welcoming to go to. The one in western Williston has more of the get it out quick feel to it than the others. One shares a building with a church and is very funky, but very short hours (for obvious reasons). There is a fourth one in Watford City, ND, too, and that is my favorite of the ones I've been to. The people are very local in their friendliness, and they are always working to get more people to enjoy their daily shot of caffeine, tea, light bakery goods (shipped in, unfortunately), but also great light repartee.

I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant atmosphere and modern amenities in Williston as soon as I arrived in town. Business has obviously taken off and this is very impressive for a smaller town like Williston. The fact that there are more than a few places to stop for a good cup of coffee is a huge thumbs up in my book. My experience at mega-late coffee house was very cozy and homely with a couch and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy your coffee on. I ordered a plain latte with no additional flavoring and it was one of the best lattes I have ever had. Very satisfied!
I just sat in line for 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the window, my coffee was served iced. When I told the kid I wanted hot, he said "well did you say that?". I replied, "well did you ask?". He then handed me my breakfast and said "here's your bowl, man". I was then directed to pull forward where I proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes. I finally received my caramel macchiato which, to no surprise, was made incorrectly. This review is more a reflection of the service rather than the coffee. Hire at least 1 adult to keep the establishment running.
