First trip to Pita Palace probably my last food was fine burger, fries soda the man behind the counter never spoke or made eye contact while ordering talked to a man across the room the whole time then threw my 3 recipes on the counter and walked off ?I was floored customer service?

I just had the worst experience with my order from this place than i have ever had with any food place and when I called to let them know they didn't put some stuff in my order and that the fries were burnt they acted like highschoolers talking in a fake voices passing the phone to one another. I hope i get in contact with the owner soon cause people like that dont deserve to have a job in that industry.

Indian tacos were discussing, How can you F-up an indain taco? Looked and tasted like they have been sitting out for hours. Cold like they had been sitting out as well. Wasn't the fact I had delivery either our other food was warm and kept in a warming bag until dasher dropped off at door.

The Fire Philly I ate had just the right amount of flavor and proportion to make for an enjoyable lunch. It's messy, so come prepared to wear some of the food and grab several napkins. The dining area is dated and dimly lit. It seemed a little untidy, which for many Oil workers isn't an end all story, but I'd be hard pressed to call the atmosphere good. The staff/cooks are great people! They are responsive and courteous, really nice! Tldr; great food to go.

Stopped in today for a gyro. Two young girls seemed to be the only ones working. Was noone else in the place. The first three tables from the register were dirty, so I sat at the fourth. Went to get napkins at the front, but the dispenser was empty. There was also a couple of empty salt shakers, trial and error allowed me to find the one that actually had salt. Fries were cold, had obviously been sitting for a while. The gyro itself was not bad, but I know pre-prepped food/microwaved meat when I taste it. a browned outside with a hot center is a dead giveaway for microwaved meat. Went to leave and empty my basket, and the trash was overflowing.My takeaway was that the place is left to its own devices to some young people, with no real direction. I'm not blaming those girls, but they seemed more interested in playing on their phones and having a good time than making sure Front Of House was stocked and clean. I could hear them the entire time I was in the dining room, laughing and joking and having a good ole time.Keep the dining room clean and well stocked, trash emptied, and work on the flies. Create a more engaging environment with bright colored signage, more engaging staff walking around asking how the food is, and this place could be awesome. Also, cook your fries to order - do not make batches and let them sit. Some people can tell the difference. Same thing with the gyro meat - never, ever microwave it, and never let it sit too long. A hard, dark brown exterior with a bright colored interior is a dead giveaway.Not a bad place, and not a bad gyro by any means - just trying to give constructive feedback for the owner. I know staffing is a challenge these days.

The food was fine but there's too many flies annoying me while I'm trying to eat. I killed one of them but the other 3 or 4 were too fast. I hope they can fix this problem so I can come back.

Best gyros I have ever had and i lived in nj and ny this place bets them all ? delicious ?
Would have liked to try the food here as my son says it is great. We showed up 20 minutes before closing time and were asked if we were there to order because they were closing soon. It was pretty apparent they were not interested in taking our orders or our business.

The food was below mid grade. The gyro meat is some find of “fake” meat almost. Weird in natural texture. Also I got the breaded mushrooms as a side and I opened one up just at random after eating 4 of them, to my discovery I found two reddish colored arm/beard hairs in one of them. Absolutely disgusting. PLEASE do NOT order the mushrooms if you’re still for some reason still tempted to buy food from here. I’m absolutely heated I spend almost $50 on two gyros and two sides for my wife and I.
