We have eaten at this Qdoba many times and this was one of the worst experiences we have had. Not only were they out of several basic items but the staff seemed very untrained as well as uninterested in trying to get food correct. Even after having to ask them to remake one of the items, they seemed more interested in helping the next customer than to correct their mistake. At least for once the dining room seemed cleaned.

Thee Qdoba Birria Quesadilla: It was as if a little calf floated down from cow heaven and sacrificed itself on the alter of quesadilla and then some very nice person put cheese and other appropriate toppings on him, stuffed him inside that Mexican bread, and quartered him. But I got all 4 of them quarters to myself.

Waited nearly an hour after ordering online. I get it that they get busy but when I got there they hadn't even started making my order. They did apologize for the wait but I feel like management needs to take a closer look at online ordering. First time I had to wait this long but I'm used to waiting 10-15 minutes after the expected pick up time.
