The food was bad, only half a container of fries, that's with the ones laying at bottom of bag which were obviously very old. Girl working was rude and seemed inconvenienced we even stopped. This runza is not the one to stop at.Note: this is not the first issue we have had with this runza, the owners don't seem to care about their customers.

Very disappointing. The young lady on the drive through has always been just plain rude. Sounds like she is completely miserable. She has worked here before, was gone for quite awhile and is now back. It almost sounds like you are really putting her out everytime you place an order. Unfortunately, after spending 10-minutes waiting to place my order, I am informed that they are out of runzas. 6pm on a Friday evening, out of runzas. That's like pizza hut running out of pizzas..... Should NEVER happen.Parking: Small lot. No way to get around the building.

Just stopped here at 815pm on March 12, 2023 and the young worker lady hurried to the door to make sure it was locked. The sign stated it closes at 9pm.There was another vehicle that pulled in right behind us confused at how they were closed so early.I definitely would not recommend coming here, with customer service like that I’m glad we didn’t get food from here. I can’t imagine the service they give their customers.

Only one restroom was available, so there was a longer wait for that than for the food.Parking: Parking was a little awkward when coming off the main road, but there were plenty of spots when we visited.

Runza is delicious, the franchise isn't a 5 star yuppie diner, but it's great for what it is. Perhaps a little over-priced but good food, quality friendly service generally.

I currently live in sd but am originally from Nebraska and Everytime I come back to visit I always stop at a runza. Every time I go it is always great food and service and this time it was no different. Food was phenomenal and service was out standing keep up the great work guys
