Well I went in caring a large duffel bag and it's hot out. I just needed a drink and the server promptly delivered. I was feeling my sugar was low. My hands were shaky...I was and to cool down and charge my phone weekly I called a Lyft to take me home from Bellevue. Great store. Help was amazing. They really helped me today and I'm greatful.

austin deserves a promotion, he is very polite and professional. asked if I was military due to the haircut and offered me a discount i would not have know about otherwise. food is good as always. this place always gets my order correct.

The drive thru order taker was very rude and insulting to my parents who are 80 and did not understand the menu changes. Around 5pm. No one should treat their elders that way. They will not be back without me. I can be a Karen when my parents are treated poorly.

Drive thru sign partially covered in snow and other part hard to read. The person who rang me up was decent. The chick who came to the window to put her two cents in, not so much. I tried to explain about the sign being difficult to read due to the weather. She came up to to ask if I wanted the wrap or a sandwich, I responded sandwich not the wrap, she said it didnt come in a sandwich then shutthe window on me when I was talking to her. We weren’t arguing but she wanted to make her point. Nice way to treat a customer.P.s. Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich (from Arby’s menu). Is a sandwich.
The wagyu burger was considerably smaller than advertised, missing cheese and the meat was equivalent to a mcdonald JR

There is two managers named Katy and Vaughn at this location. They constantly have a bad attitude and they wouldn’t stop yelling at other crew members and over all just unprofessional! If I owned the place I wouldn’t let them operate the store for me. If I could give this store a lower review I would!

At this location each customer is given only tiny paper towel. We had to go to the bathroom for extra towels or bring your own. Totally understood as we are small business owner too, but it is not a policy, it is mistreatment to customers. So sad. We will bring our paper towels next time. Manager not to be sorry, just do something about it. Arby is too good to do that to customers. Loosing a couple of extra paper towel is not worse of loosing regular customers.
