As it seems with a lot of reviews on here, Casey’s in general is known for its fabulous pizza, but this location seems to have some issues. They do have super rude and slow staff. I honestly think about 50% of them need to go maybe we should all just call them out by name as the store is not exactly new anymore. I don’t know if they need to pay more and get some quality employees or what but it’s for sure the worst location of all of them from here to Treynor. On a positive note love the pizza when it is cooked correctly and totally love these juices. I honestly go out of my way just to get these particular ones.

I’ve never reviewed a gas station as they are what they are. Ether they’re your regular stop or a one time stop. (12/28)I stopped here as I visited from out of town. I got gas then came inside and was greeted with a welcome in as I darted to the restroom. I was surprised how clean the bathroom was and how good it smells. I then went to get a soda, the coke was out of syrup so I got Pepsi instead. While getting a lid I told a male employee the coke was out of syrup and he told me it would be a while before he could change it. Told him it was no big deal I was just letting him know. I walk to the register and get greeted with a hi, how are you today. I jokingly reply fine but who wants to hear about my problems. Anna says I care about everybody who comes in. She goes on to tell me about all customers she loves having interactions with and how some over share with her. I jokingly say you probably know my dad then and give a brief description. She then replies with his name and tells me how he is a joy to see on an almost daily basis. I thanked her for being so kind as I know even my own father can be a little much. I leave and go see my father and tell him about the experience I had. He tells me Anna is an angel sent from heaven. Which is weird cuz he just told me that at Xmas family discussed how I’m the black sheep and figured I’d never amount to anything. He informs me Anna talks to him all the time and is so friendly. He tells me it’s her dream to become assistant manager and loves where she works. He prays for her success.I believe Anna deserves to be assistant manager at the least. If she could teach other employees to have a portion of her compassion make her manager or G/M. If this company can’t do that I’ll find a position for her in my wife’s company. Good people like this are hard to find.

I've held off on reviewing this location hoping it would get better. It hasn't. They are always understaffed causing waits in line of 5-15 minutes even for a "quick pop in" and the staff ends up being rude or unatentive. The store is never fully stocked even during expected peak times. I live literally 1/4 mile from this location but now refuse to even acknowledge it exists. I would definitely recommend stopping anywhere else in the area

With the exception of the guy who works evenings in the kitchen, almost every encounter here has been with a rude employee who just cannot be bothered with anything. Everything is a hassle.

This location is soooo horrible. Rude staff, pizza order are NEVER ready on time and usually wrong. Save some time and drive to another location. You’ll thank yourself. And the manager won’t identify herself. Love Caseys: HATE this location

First off the one employee here is so rude. She acts like she doesn't want to be there. When I went in today to redeem my casey's reward I received on my e-mail and asked for her help she rolled her eyes then screwed up the transaction depleting the total balance of my account . Since there were 20 people in line I told her I would step aside and let her take care of the other customers! ( HUGE MISTAKE) After I returned to her she said I cant do anything almost yelling at me!! . Needless to say my total account balance was zeroed out .

This location is so mismanaged I don't know where to begin. Your order is never ready on time, no matter what you're told when you order. And over half the time they screw your pizza order up when you do finally get it. Save yourself some pain, and drive to another location. In the end, it will actually be better and faster

The Casey's in Bellevue is so rude... I waited aboutn10 minutes before I was acknowledged and the Asian woman working right now knew I wanted a pizza because the other lady getting off told her I did... After I waited those 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. I asked the gentleman how long it was gonna take for the pizza to get done. Breakfast pizza, by the way, and he asked the Asian lady and the Asian lady said about 15 minutes after get the doughnuts done, and the doughnuts were like a full. Maybe a hundred donuts that needed to be put away... They will never get my business again. That's for the insurer learning. How to have some customer service we pay your bills so treat is with respect!!!

The Pizza is excellent for the amount of money. This particular store is very generous with the toppings.

9 am and it's a few slices of old breakfast pizza and some slightly newer Italian sausage and beef pizzas that of course nobody is eating because it's 9am! This company has fallen so far, and it used to be so consistently good.
