Served me a freezing cold brownie the manager was unprofessional and giving dirty looks when I told her to touch the brownie because it was frozen she said that’s the way they are we take them out to thaw them when asking for a refund she was annoyed and refunded the brownie with attitude whoever is in charge of her should watch the store video and the facial expressions of this employee and how she talks to customers

First time. Ordered Garden Salad which was good. Parfait - as a side - wasn't bad.Bryson took our order but he forgot the frosted coffee. We realized it while eating and it was too late. Long lines, very loud and hectic place. Just wanted to leave.

I’m a truck driver, and most of the time I have to order Chick Fil A through door dash. This was the case this time, I called and asked could I have no salt on fries which wasn’t an option on the app. A male answered he didn’t give his name, but he told me no we can’t do that sir if it’s not an option on the app. I said ok, but it was an option for extra pickles and tomatoes. I got no pickles on my grill sandwich , and two tomatoes. On my spicy sandwich I got one pickle and two tomatoes. No big deal let’s call and see what they can do. I spoke with Vaka I might have spelled her name wrong, I told her the situation. Her response was contact door dash we can’t do anything and I’m sorry. So I said so you can’t do anything because I ordered through door dash, she said that’s correct and I’m sorry. Well door dash brought my food with the correct time, but Chick Fil A fixed my food so I’m confused. 41 dollars later and can’t enjoy my food, this is sad the way this new generation handles situations. I will never eat at this location ever again. Back home I would have been offered something, at least offer me a free napkin. Do better with handling situations you dropped the ball on. Have a bless one and thanks for nothing
Came in with a group of 20+. Staff had orders taken and food out in record time and correctly. Insane and awesome. Kudos to the entire team.

The staff are so dedicated to customer service, I seen a employee chase down a car down the street to give him his drink he had forgotten, just amazing, the owner is a hoot to talk to as well, 10/10
