Employees are not very friendly. They give tiny portions for the price a customer pays. When you ask for extra non protein items they look at you like it comes out of their paycheck. Chipotle has definitely gone downhill.

This chipotle sucks. Online orders are constantly smaller portioned and often incorrect. Pick up orders get stolen all the time and have to be remade. Why would you place your pick up shelf out of sight and by an exit. Place the shelf somewhere behind the counter and verify pickups. Save everyone time and money on lost product. Had to wait for them to remake my stolen order today and rather than give priority to the order, they made it after making 5 other orders. Ridiculous. This is a very poor quality franchise compared to others in the area.

I keep trying to give this chipotle a shot but they just keep missing. The ingredients are hardly ever fresh, the staff is always flirting with eachother or whispering about something and today’s order was so bland and salty I just threw it out. Go to the another one or hit

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but the last few times I’ve gone to this location the portion of food has been a bit sad and the food was bland. Which is a bit disappointing. A bit hit or miss.

I used the app to place my order and was told it would be ready in 15 min. When I arrive the order was marked as complete and ready for pickup before I went into the store. I checked the shelves and no order was ready so I waited while they served 4-5 in store customers before asking if it was behind the counter. It hadn’t been made yet. Then because a line had formed I waited an additional 15 min for my order to actually be made. Then when I got home the toppings on the bowls we ordered were all mixed up and made incorrectly. I normally don’t complain but since I have had numerous poor experiences from this store, I finally decided to respond. It’s worth the extra couple miles to go to the Papillion location instead.

My girlfriend & I literally drive 10 minutes away from our home to visit the Papillion chipotle, which in comparison to this location is ran way better for example; the employees don’t make eye contact with you while ordering, there’s 0 hospitality, music is blaring every time we walk in, none of it is ran structurally, the workers take five minutes to even take your order when you’re up & say nothing, when asking for literally anything that includes them performing their job, they give you the dirtiest look & act like you’re asking for some bizarre request, after going to the Papillion location we’ve seen that not only is it that chipotle isn’t bad, it ultimately comes down to the location you visit, the meat is always chewy, specifically the chicken, & majority of the time it’s never fresh or warm, the portion sizes they give you vary every single time, & there never seems to be a manager around, & if there is, there’s 0 way to identify them, we’ve completely ruled out this location if we’re ever wanting chipotle, definitely needs a rebuild.

Normal Chipotle food but irritating that staff blasts the music. Asked for it to be turned down a little, went down a bit (was close enough) and a minute later turned back to blasting.
Rice was undercooked. They messed up our order as well. Did not add double chicken when we purchased it.
