im not sure what the hell happened in a soan of 3 months but this place is terrible now. Just went for dinner snd i swear the lady was higher than a kite and she couldnt remeber what anyone ordered, slurring her words, out of everything and all of the food was ice cold. i had great experiences prior to tonight. i teuly believe it was all due to the crack head working.

Ordered online didn’t even get a half cup of bbq for my sandwich. This was a joke I got my food and the sandwich was ice cold the dinner rolls that got instead of Texas toast like I ordered where warmer then the meat. This place is a joke I left a review before wanted me to reach out email I did never got a response at this rate I really just want cooperates number

Went to grab a quick lunch on a random Wednesday at 11:42 a.m. Hours posted on the door said open from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. All 3 employees had just arrived right before I got there. I ordered the number 4 with fries. Employees informed me that they just got there, so the fryers weren't turned on yet, the meats hadn't been taken out, the manager took all the barbeque beans and green beans, so they had none, 2 of the fountain sodas were out, no tea made, and ice cream machine not running. It took almost 15 minutes to get my order. My 2 items were in a grocery sized paper sack. Upon returning to work, my sandwich had no sauce, the meat was dry like beef jerky, and the bun was smashed like it had been stomped on. I was only able to choke down 1/2 of my dry azz sandwich before I gave up and threw it away. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end unfortunately.

Three times in a row now I have come in and they are out of Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage. This is the only good thing they have. On top of that I had to wait about ten minutes for the lady behind the counter to help the customer in front of me before I had learned they were out. There is a sign behind the counter that says they may run out of items. Here is a tip: WRITE WHAT ITEMS YOU ARE OUT OF ON THE SIGN SO YOU DON'T HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR NOTHING! Other Bellevue BBQ restaurants do this and they are way better than Dickey's.

Came in to have lunch with my daughter we walked in the lady behind the counter didn’t say anything to us and just continued working on an order so we waited for a 5 min or so and still she said nothing. Another lady who was older came from the back and asked what we wanted and I proceeded to give her our order the younger rude lady looked at the older gal and told her they were out of corn bread and we had to order something else LIKE REALLY I AM STANDING RIGHT HERE?!? Then she proceeded to tell me that I would need to repeat my order because she wasn’t paying attention when the other lady asked for our order. She was so rude about it. At that point I said just forget it and that it was obvious she didn’t want our business as she was very rude and couldn’t even acknowledge us since we walked in. Then in a very rude voice told us that she did in fact say “welcome to dickeys” which she didn’t As we were walking out the door she keep telling welcome to dickies and have a great day. I tired and told her that her customer service was horrible. Never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience. It’s sad to see this restaurant has gone down hill. The older lady apologized to us and I appreciate that. I hope they fire the other gal because people like that will destroy a business.

Not happy with this order. All the meat was dried out. They didn’t have the turkey and swapped it with sausage right before delivery. Don’t order from this place…waste of $50…

They never have any of the meats that get ordered. I'm an uber eats driver and the amount of times I've driven all the way here for a customer, only to be told "they're out of all the meats" is ridiculous. Order food somewhere else. The management isn't good at keeping stock here. Waste of gas and time. Not to mention the upset customer and the loss I'm taking in not being able to pick up the order. What a joke. Do better.

Terry and Samantha were outstanding! They took care of us and our son. The meats were super tender and the sauces flavorful. We will definitely be returning! They do military discount as well. Loved it all!

Not the greatest unfortunately. The potatoes in the potato salad were undercooked, the bbq beans were undercooked. The brisket and ribs were just ok as were the wings. No butter or anything for the bread. Disappointed Texan.
