Had an online order a few weeks ago. Two pizzas and one sandwich. When I arrived and waited about 15mins for my order, I saw my first pizza and sandwich wrapped/boxed and when I asked where my chicken pizza was, they said “ohhhh, sorry. There was a mix up and they have to make it now. I was left waiting another 20minutes while first part of my order was getting cold, they made the last pizza. When one of the guys told his colleagues, one of them said “just offer customer some soda”. I don’t drink soda. I only expected someone to have common sense and put the first pizza and the sandwich in the over for couple of minutes. No apologies, as if nothing happened. I will never eat pizza from Dominoes ever again.

Huge Thank you to Domino's in Bellevue, NE for delivering 80 Large Pizzas on a Friday Night, during March Madness games and on a very busy night to our school event!Thank you to Wes for being very helpful during the planning stages to ensure we knew how many needed and how you would be able to delivery a large amount of pizzas at a specific time.Thank you to Madison and Steve for delivering all 80 pizzas in a timely manner once our event begun, to ensure our guests received hot pizzas!!Thank you to GM Jacob and his entire team for helping us pull off a successful school event and keeping our guest happy with fresh, good quality pizza!Domino's is definitely the way to go when planning an event or family quick dinner!

I’m very unimpressed by the attitude on the delivery driver “jalen”. While waiting for him to give us our food he was cussing and complaining the whole time outside the door where we could clearly hear him. Then on our second delivery didn’t give us our drink. When we called the store the manager was very nice and helpful, but when he came to drop off the drink he chucked it at our front door and stormed off…. Do better and fix your attitude. I will not be ordering from here again.

I showed up to treat my two pizza loving preschoolers to some Pi day pizza. I placed a mobile order but my kids love to see the pizza assembly line. It was a bit cold out so I was carrying them in both arms. The employees not only put on a pizza making show but one of them jumped up and carried the pizzas out to my truck so I could carry my kids. This random act of kindness with a smile shows how much this store cares about its customers.

Horrible place. Ordered 2 pizzas tracker said 15 minutes and my wife has been sitting there for an hour and half and pizzas still were not prepped. Ridiculous just make 2 dang pizzas.

I ordered online and my boyfriend waited inside for about 20 minutes trying to pickup the pizza. Multiple workers saw him and decided not to help him, even after helping the man in front of him. When he came out irritated I went in to cancel the order and was told that they didn’t see him. They did not offer any discounts or anything to make up for the poor service. As someone who has worked fast food before I simply find this unacceptable, especially given the large number of staff present.

Called to order ham & pineapple pizza. Was told the 5.99 2 item large was pick up only. Said I needed delivery, so I paid 20.00 plus 5.00 tip for a large. Pizza was cold and was not a large; had no sauce; each piece had one piece of ham and one piece of pineapple on it. Worst pizza ever, crust was thin as paper.

I placed a carry out order with store #6110 today 1/1/24. The app said there was a 24-34 min wait and I made sure to get there around that time. When I arrived there were other customers waiting and it seemed busy. I walked to the register to check in on my order and the female cashier started looking it up, at the same time an individual on the prep line announced that there was an hour wait on orders being made in a very condensing tone as if customers were not in theOnce the female pulled up my order she asked the individual making pizzas about my order, I never asked anything or requested this information. He responded with something along the lines of "there was an hour wait and that if people can't do the math then he doesn't know what to say." This was clearly directed towards me and the only thing I did was use the app to order pizza, drive to the store and check in with the cashier.After being directly attacked, ridiculed in front of about 6 other customers I asked to have my order canceled and asked for the name of the individual. The female told me his name was "Danny," when he heard that I was asking for his name he continued to verbally attack me as I walked out repeating his "hour wait" remark and "have a good day," as if he was proud I canceled my order. At the door I told him "I see your store is busy but you don't have to be a d—k about it." He continued responding with something about how he said there was an hour wait and have a good day.I think it is important to note all I did was order pizza on with the app, arrive at the store at the time the app stated and I was met with a hostile, condescending and rude individual for doing nothing other than checking in with the cashier so they knew I was there. I asked nothing, didn't complain about the wait... nothing. Disgusting behavior.Store: 6110Employee: Danny

I had to wait 3 hours for 2 medium pizza’s to be delivered. When I called to ask where the pizzas were 2 hours in, they said there was another hour long wait. When I questioned it she said sorry about it and hung up not trying to remediate the issue.

Waste of money, Go somewhere else.Let's see whether it be the burnt food, or the fact that the knife cannot cut all the way through a piece of bread, maybe the missing toppings? either just shows the incompetence of the employees or their hatred of their jobs(Update:) so I'm staying at the hotel nearby, I thought I'd give them one more chance... I had a pizza with extra cheese, no extra cheese, no bacon. again.... The pasta I paid for barely cover the bottom of the container, there was like 12 noodles, a couple pieces of spinach, and like four tomatoes... They got the salad dressing right, but they gave me the wrong salad....I don't understand. I get people get busy, companies are understaffed, so forth and so on, but if you don't want to do your job, why take it out on paying customers? I thought maybe they were upset about the tip I gave, which was 15% each time for them to drive literally a minute down the road. So I don't know what would be the complaint there.They've literally managed to burn, mess up, completely disregard, every single order I've had. I've been nothing but polite, I've not complained once, and yet awful service, awful burnt food with missing toppings and skimpy portions. Management needs to reconsider being the manager. I'm going to call corporate at this point. Hopefully when I get home I can actually get a good order, because these people just do not care.

Didn’t cut my cheesy bread but I’m 6 shots deep and can’t be mad. Called and the manager or whoever laughed with me and said she’d tell her guys to double check. Told her be careful, KAREN might get mad but I sure ain’t!!!

Slow, stupid and inept. I ordered a pizza from home for pickup. I arrived 39 min later as they suggested, and they hadn't even put it in the oven. There were nothing but air-head high school kids bumping into each other who appeared to be untrained, and every other staff member was confused, stupid or lazy. Possibly the worst retail customer service experience of my 54 years on the planet.

Beware of this place. Awful customer service, lazy employees with an attitude 90% of the time, overall a waste of time and money… worst pizza in Omaha.
