Avoid the Bellevue location (on Cornhusker Rd) if you have ANY other choices! Stopped at the drive thru on a Tuesday at 10:10 PM (minutes after the posted Closing time) and the ONE employee still took my order and I was grateful. Stopped again on the following Thursday at 9:50 PM (sufficiently before Closing time) and could see the employees screwing around in the kitchen. Nobody answered the speaker. I circled the building and pulled up again at 9:57, again ignored. Finally I drove to the first window and a rude, snotty girl told me they closed early. Sorry! Must have been "date night" and she was planning on getting lucky.

Wow!! The Cheese Frenchee and Tuna Frenchee are simply exceptional. The rest of the menu is pretty darn good, too. Except for the substandard French fries and dried up onion rings. Avoid them.Prices are fairly expensive for a fast food establishment, but this establishment isn't for everyone. Try it. You'll be hooked.

Went specifically so I could get a potato soup and asked for no bacon since it is a Friday during lent. Get home to be disappointed that there is bacon in my soup.

Those mini corn dogs are just amazing! . Large cheese is a lot of cheese still had plenty with 20 pack.
Do you see what I see?RAW!So, not a fan of Don & Millie's due to their lack of desire to put customers first.I decided to give them another shot tonight at 9:10 pm at this Bellevue location.Well, the gal at the window took my order.It's no wonder that they don't give you the price till they take your card. They charged me almost $7.00 for a burger and didn't cook the meat till done, they didn't even warm the bun. Since the burger was ray with a cold bun it was an completely ice cold burger at my 1st bite. Disgusting! I'm not interested in getting salmonella poisoning!The gal that took my order was a bit on the rude side or preoccupied of the time and going home? Or could have been from the shock I was in when she told me the price for a plain cheeseburger. Only mayo & catchup. I was like "WOW, FOR A SIMPLE CHEESEBURGER??"The gentleman that gave me the burger was kind and friendly! Thank you man.Don & Millie's will serve raw burgers and charge a crazy price for it but won't let you make 2 orders through the drive through.I have clients I pick up lunch for and Don & Millie's won't let me order for myself on a separate orderHey Don & Millie's take some lessons from In- N-Out on the west coast.Not only do they have excellent food all the time including cooked the right way but, they let you make separate orders and, wait for it, buy merchandise all in the drive through. It is fast and efficient. And, the staff is outstanding.All this because they are, get this, "CUSTOMER ORIENTED"And, while you're at it, check out their prices. Burgers less than $4.00 always well staffed with kind and friendly people. They care about the constumer.You guys, not so much.Did ownership change or management because upon further view of this stores reverse, I'm not the only customer with poor service and poor food. I hope I don't get sick like the other person from their raw burger.Please no generic responses needed because you can't make it right with all the reviews of poor quality food & service.

Very disappointed when I walked through the door in August 2023! The frozen margarita machine was broken. Came back and on December 4th, 2023 and the machine was still broken. The reason I’ve always come to Don & Millie’s was for their frozen margaritas. When I asked the woman to give me a frozen margarita, she said “the machine is broken.” When I came back in December same woman said the machine is broken. Three women were standing there with no customers in line, no customers sitting down/eating, no one anywhere. Certainly someone or maybe three of them could’ve at least taken a look to try to fix that machine. Totally disgusted and hungry, I took a drive to the Don and Millie’s on saddle creek and ordered my meal. The staff was alert and fantastic and their frozen margaritas were delicious!! My order was a little over the $30 point. How many $30 meals did the establishment in Bellevue lose over the last four months???? As far as employees…. They are the ones who make and break the business. Their poor acknowledgment and appearance should be addressed. I have a lot more to say however, I believe this complaint is enough for now to prove my point. Thank you for your time. Take care!
