My wife and I happened to be in Omaha on a road trip for our anniversary, we looked up best food truck breakfast burrito and it brought us to this place we are not disappointed, unbelievably good!!! We are doing everything in our power to not order another one

As the name implies, this is a food truck, specializing in burritos. They have limited days and hours. Breakfast options are a variety of breakfast burritos as well as a biscuits & gravy plate. Their burritos are really good, the biscuits and gravy are a close second.Every day after their breakfast hours, they switch from breakfast burritos to a half dozen daily specials, burritos that lean heavily on Caribbean and Gulf Coast cuisines. Jerked chicken, mango sauces, rice, beans, shrimp, Creole sauces and foods like that. It's hard not to find something that is really good from this selection.Their portions are really generous, so make sure you bring your appetite. They are cash only, so make sure you're ready for that too. The neighboring businesses have ATMs, so if you forget you can get cash between the time you order and the time the food is ready. If possible, I would call ahead and place your order in advance to minimize the wait at the truck.

They change their menu frequently, and I have never had a bad burrito from them. Always delicious. One of my favorite spots for lunch in Bellevue.

The breakfast burritos here are so good that i cant even bring myself to try something else (because i want the burrito). Lunch menu looks amazing and changes frquently. You know this place is good because they literally sell out of food before they even hit "closing time". Be aware they only accept cash but there is an atm nearby at walgreens, or rob a bank or something because you want one of these breakfast burritos. Also call ahead if you are in a rush because they can get busy enough to have a 25 minute wait because they do indeed sell out of food because its so popular.
