My boyfriend is from California and was looking for a good Chinese spot and I told him about Hans. He thought the food was great and the customer service was superb !
Hands-down THE BEST customer service we've ever received to this day. Andrew was phenomenal at handling our orders as well as being warm to all the customers. The fact that this is a family owened business makes the experience even better! Although it wasn't a "sit down" restaurant (it seems they are in the middle of renovations), this restaurant is well worth the drive. This is our first time visiting and we already fell in love with the place! We are definitely coming again, and we recommend everyone come and give it a try!

If I could give more stars I would I’ve been trying to find knock your socks off spicy food for my boyfriend and this restaurant blow him away with the spicy he loves it. My first time coming to this restaurant was April 3rd I tried going to another restaurant called the golden bowl but they were closed on Mondays so I went a few more blocks to see if Hans was open I almost drove away because I didn’t see the signage but I’m glad I didn’t leave love the friendly people at Hans love the food I’m going back tonight

MIND-BLOWING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were so nice, so efficient, so quick, and treated me better than I even expected. They were swamped with orders ( being a popular restaurant is a good sign) but did their absolute best to make me feel appreciated and not rushed. We asked for our general chicken extra spicy as we do most places but they actually delivered !
Everything else was amazing as well. These eggs rolls are delicious as heck.

Well worth the drive from the other side of the city into the suburbs for this delicious food.We ordered the sesame chicken and cashew chicken because if a place can f these dishes up then the rest of the food is no good BUT in no way is this food messed up , it was great.Sesame Chicken - the right balance of savory sweet zing with a subtle tang that hits you at the same time sesame flavor does . The chicken is almost perfectly breaded not to thick of a coat and not to thin and good sized chickenCashew Chicken - almost just the right amount of savory without it being too salty then you get hit with a subtle sweet , then the celery and onion flavor sneaks up on you that only comes from making a aeromatic oil .Once again worth the drive from the other side of town and we have been looking for a new place since Beijing Gate closed down

My son and I accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant when we were getting our hair cut next-door. The Latin we ordered inside for takeout. They were in incredible. I have not found another helpful staff than they are. My son loves spicy food and when he orders, they always will help him by giving tastes so he knows what level to order. At Hans their wide menu gives you a choice to try anything. And all dishes are awesome.
Their pick up system works very well. My son and I drive 10 miles each way so that we can get Hans Chinese food because it is the best.

They are the best! You must order and pay by phone. When you get to the parking lot, they bring it out to you. They are the nicest family. I really enjoy talking to them, and the food is excellent! We love the spicy squid.
