I went into the dining room as opposed to using the drive-thru. I have food allergies and need to watch my food being prepared. The two young men working that evening were SWAMPED! However, the work ethic, friendliness, and professionalism they exuded, made me feel as if I were the only customer. After alerting them of my allergies, they both stopped, washed their hands, changed their gloves and cut me new food to avoid cross contamination. ALL WITHOUT BEING ASKED! I was blown away! The dining room and kitchen area were extremely clean, and I noticed that all of their food was dated to ensure no spoilage occurs. There are 2 locations here in Bellevue. I ALWAYS utilize this location and have NEVER been disappointed!Dietary restrictions: Made wonderful allowances for my allergies!

bread machine broken no tea available. store manager nowhere to be found however this cute young manager i think his name was Dalton was very helpful and made my visit superb. I still am disappointed some items were unavailable, but the employee deserves credit for his incredible efforts.

I've only been to one other Jimmy John's and had a good experience. This place was anything but.Stale bread, almost no meat. I asked for extra vinegar. Not a drop of vinegar on it. Stay away from this location.

I’ve ordered a #4 with cheese and all the freebies from this location three times, and every single time, despite them repeating my order back to me correctly (a #4 with cheese and all freebies) I’ve received my sandwich without said freebies. They’ve lost my business for good because of this. ☹️

Pretty disappointed. Put in the order online for “as soon as possible” and showed up 20 minutes later to an empty store with two employees working and they were very slowly working on assembling the sandwiches… The sandwiches themselves were fine, but the service was… pretty garbage. I waited for 10 minutes in the store after already giving them 20 minutes to make my sandwiches…

8 dollars for a sandwich is pretty crazy. I doubt I will go back to the bellevue, ne Jimmy John's. They really need to take the "freaky fast" out of their logo as well. Maybe freaky slow. I walked in, ordered a blt on wheat, and sat there to wait and wait and wait. Finally got it, and this is what I got. See the picture.

I find it odd that when going thru the drive thru when asking for an ice water, they have twice handed me the plastic cups that one would expect to use while inside,As it has no lid and order for food is driving off with me in the car, not sure why the change. Have been given their normal cold drink cups that have lids. Has the supply chain gotten that bad?With no lid, if there is a spill, they are just opening the door for complaints from someone who would have issues with a place that gives them hot coffee that burns...just saying

I did an online order for 7 sandwich's and waited 15 min from when the order was placed before I left to pick it up. I get told that they haven't started the order, that it's against company policy to give me an ETA and that I had to wait for a long time. Their slogo of "freaky fast" is absolutely B.S.
