place is terrible. everytime we go something is burnt dried out or wrong. today I thought I would give it another try. boy was I wrong burnt chicken again and when I called back to talk to a manager Becky she clearly didn't care. Just write her name on the receipt and she will replace it next time. how about a refund. I will never go back to this location. terrible service and terrible food. hope a hire up sees this and can get things fixed.

Short handed. Had to order on the kiosk. Changed the type of chicken. Wanted cole slaw. Received 1 breast , 1 thigh, 2 legs and 2 wings. Mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Called to tell them. Person hung up on me. Had someone's purse sitting on the counter where they orders.

I had ordered online an extra side of coleslaw, 2 extra biscuits, and the "Taste of KFC Meal," which comes with Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, corn, coleslaw, 4 biscuits and 6 pieces of chicken. We had only received 6 chickens, plus an extra bucket we didn't order and 6 biscuits. I called them, told them that they didn't give us what we ordered, and they proceeded to tell me to hurry up on coming back, because they were leaving the store, and shutting it down early. If I wasn't able to make it on time, they told me I wasn't going to get the rest of my order. When I finally got there, they tried handing me 2 more buckets of chicken, instead of the sides I had ordered. One of the employees went on saying, "this girl just needs to accept what we give her because we're supposed to be closed." They tried giving me someone else's order again, which had more chicken. I had to tell them 4 times that I need the sides, not the chicken, and they kept giving me attitude. It took them 30 minutes to just give me 5 things, and the whole time they were complaing about it. VERY horrible business, I would love to get a return, because that was the worst food service I've ever gotten. I'm normally a very patient person, but what they did and said was very messed up and not professional at all. They were trying to close the store at 6:30pm when it's supposed to close at 10pm.

KFC IS ALWAYS AWESOME! FRIED CHICKEN IS ALWAYS REAL GOOD CONSISTENTLY. NO COMPLAINTS AND BEEN EATING KFC IN KENTUCKY , TENNESSEE, FLORIDA AND OF COURSE NEBRASKA. LOVE KFC CAN'T GO WRONG BECAUSE THEY MEAN BUSINESS AND VERY PROFESSION ON ALL LEVELS . IN KENTUCKY MY HOME STATE , BEEN TO CAVE HILL CEMETARY 3 TIMES AND I ALWAYS STOP TO PAY MY RESPECTS TO COL. Ordered threw the app. Got my food fast and easy but it was all cold and old like it had just been sitting forever. Got large sides and it was all half full. Even my famous ball was half full. And they forgot my Pepsi drove off before I realized it and just wasn't going to waste the time or gas to go back. Super disappointed in my experience and a waste of my money.

Ordered a 8 piece crispy. When I get home it's 8 piece original yuck.I wish people would pay attention to the job that you pay for. Plus I don't get why I couldn't call ahead. I go inside and have to wait for everyone in drive thru

The chicken I ordered for delivery was burned. I will order from Popeyes from now on. I spent $40.00 on burned chicken and coleslaw. What a lowest deal!!!!!!

I visited this restaurant for a DoorDash. I used their bathroom and found it disgusting, there appeared to be dried vomit all over the tank of the toilet. The mirror and sink look like they hadn't been cleaned in many days. Upon arriving. I had to wait a couple of minutes before someone even approached the counter. While I was waiting for someone to come to the counter to let them know I was with DoorDash and to pick up an order, I got to watch two employees in the kitchen sample the chicken tenders from plainly visible location on the front counter. They then walked up to the counter and told me that the chicken tenders weren't fresh enough, and they would need to make more. I was told it would be 3 minutes. 12 minutes later I was handed a bag. I said that was 12 minutes not 3:00, the response I got was whatever. Did not see the young lady who was making the food wear gloves or wash her hands at all. Would not recommend.
