The folks taking and fulfilling orders did a great job. I got a fish sandwich and fries with a shamrock shake. The items tasted fine, but didn't ask if I wanted ketchup for fries and didn't include any. The sandwich was sloppily made where half the tartar sauce was in the container. Stop calling it a big fish. It's a normal sized fish sanwich that's more of a small fish sandwich if anything.

For a long time, this was the best mcdonalds I had ever been to.....including outside the U.S.A. Not sure what happened, but the past 3 times we have been here the order is completely wrong, there's no ice in the drinks.....none of the food is made correctly Not sure what changed, but we won't be back.

Too expensive, I will only eat here once in awhile and not my whole family. I can't justify paying the same price for fast food when I can sit down at a nice restaurant instead and enjoy time with my family. It is not good that Texas Road house is a more affordable meal than McDonald's.

Won't be going back to this location. The management and staff need to be retrained. They play around and dont make orders correctly. Who ever the GM is that over sees this store does not know how to contact customer's to fix what is going on in this store. This place has no morals or values when it comes to serving the public. Make sure you check your order because they can't read or don't care.....

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. Over 15 min parked at the drive thru while the no brain drones attempted to get my order right. Clearly, they can't read. Maybe hire people with an education and can read English?!? They had to come back out 3 times before they had everything on the order proper. Manager was the dumbest of them all, said they were making my order from memory?!? Why! clearly, they are too dumb to remember #5, and #7 large sized and 2 drink types. Average person can remember 7 things! Can't fix stupid, but they will let them run a McDonalds apparently.
